On June 16, 2026, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held an online meeting with its fertilizer production and business units to assess operational performance, analyze market developments, and implement solutions to fulfill its 2026 plan amid ongoing global geopolitical developments—especially in the Middle East—that continue to impact global supply chains and the fertilizer market.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, Member of the Members’ Council and General Director of the Group. Attendees included Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Bình, Member of the Members’ Council; representatives of the Group’s Supervisory Board; Deputy General Directors; leaders of functional departments; and leaders of fertilizer production and business units within Vinachem’s system and Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company.

At the meeting, the units focused on evaluating the impact of domestic and international markets on business operations; identifying potential challenges in the coming period; and proposing suitable management solutions to improve effectiveness, ensure production stability, and achieve established targets.

In his concluding remarks, General Director Nguyễn Hữu Tú recognized the proactive and flexible spirit of the units in implementing business and production solutions and adapting to market fluctuations and international developments. He emphasized the need for units to continue closely monitoring market trends, improve forecasting quality, strengthen system-wide coordination, and proactively develop response plans for emerging situations.

The General Director also instructed units to concentrate on synchronously implementing management, production, and sales solutions; leverage the efficiency of the Group’s value chain; fully capitalize on market opportunities; and tightly control risk factors to ensure stable and effective operations in the remainder of the year.

The meeting demonstrated Vinachem and its member units’ determination to proactively adapt to market changes, enhance management and coordination capacity, and strive to successfully achieve the 2026 production and business goals.
