The successful launch and continuous improvement of the VinachemMart e-commerce platform is the result of cooperation across many units and staff throughout the Vietnam National Chemical Group. Among those who contributed to the project, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Mạnh, software IT staff at LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company, played a significant role in building and developing the vinachemmart.com website. For his contributions, he was one of the individuals commended by the Group’s General Director.

Since March 2025, Mr. Mạnh has been assigned to develop the VinachemMart website—the Group’s official digital sales channel. His work focused on building and perfecting website features, ensuring system stability, and meeting both user needs and operational requirements.

During implementation, he participated in designing and developing the website on the Next.js platform. By applying modern content rendering technologies, the site loads more quickly, is more searchable on online platforms, and maintains stable operation across various devices.

One area where he devoted significant time was refining the website’s purchase process. From product search and selection to ordering and payment, every step was designed for simplicity and ease of use. Users can complete necessary actions in a short time without too many intermediate steps.

In addition, he helped build and improve features for sales and order management. The system supports cash on delivery (COD) and online payment via VietQR, and enables customers to track order status at each stage. Situations such as re-payment, order cancellation, or reordering from previous orders are also integrated into the system for greater convenience.

During his work, Mr. Mạnh also proposed and implemented several technical improvements directly on the website. One example is a smart cart update mechanism that reduces the number of requests sent to the server when customers frequently change product quantities. This solution helps reduce system load and limits data discrepancies during processing.

Another improvement is the automatic optimal voucher application for each order. Instead of searching for and entering discount codes manually, the system automatically calculates and selects the best promotional offer for the customer based on current campaigns.

Notably, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Mạnh researched and implemented a multi-layer security solution for the VinachemMart website. This solution identifies the accessing device by hardware and browser characteristics to create a unique signature for each device. As a result, the system can detect abnormal accesses from bots or emulated environments, helping to protect customer data and enhance the platform’s security.

Throughout website development, he proactively reviewed features, fixed issues, and coordinated with relevant departments to improve the system. Many website adjustments and enhancements have been made based on real customer and operational feedback, making VinachemMart increasingly convenient and user-friendly.

With his contributions to developing the VinachemMart website, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Mạnh has played a part in building the Vietnam National Chemical Group’s digital sales channel. The General Director’s recognition motivates him to continue his efforts and acknowledges the silent dedication of technical staff contributing to digital transformation across the Group.
