On May 27 and 28, the Central Inspection Commission (CIC) held a conference to update knowledge and new legal regulations in the fields of organization, personnel, science and technology, finance, budgeting, investment, bidding, land, resources, environment, as well as to provide training in inspection and supervision work.

The conference was chaired by Mr. Nghiêm Xuân Thành, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Head of the CIC. It was held in a hybrid format, both in-person and online, connecting to 3,708 locations across provinces, cities, districts, wards, and special zones nationwide, with more than 79,000 delegates in attendance.

At the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) Party Committee location, Mr. Lê Hoàng – Member of the Party Committee Standing Board, Head of the Party Committee Inspection Commission, and Deputy General Director – chaired the VINACHEM delegation. Also attending were members of the VINACHEM Party Committee Inspection Commission; representatives of advisory boards; representatives of the Inspection Commissions of affiliated Party Committees; officers responsible for inspection and supervision at subordinate Party cells; and leaders of several specialized divisions of the Group.

During the 1.5-day program, the conference focused on updating many important contents related to new legal regulations in organization, personnel, science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, finance, budgeting, investment, bidding, land management, resources, and environmental protection. It also provided training to improve the inspection and supervision skills of Party Inspection officers.

At the conference, delegates listened to presentations on six key topics:
Topic 1: “Notable New Points in Legal Regulations on Organization and Personnel Work”;
Topic 2: “New Issues in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation”;
Topic 3: “New Points in Legal Regulations on State Budget Management, Public Finance, Public Assets, Public Investment, Bidding, and Financial Mechanisms for Public Service Units”;
Topic 4: “New Points in Legal Regulations on Land Management and Use, Resource Exploitation and Use, and Environmental Protection”;
Topic 5: “Supervising Central Resolutions and Building Local Profiles”;
Topic 6: “Digital Transformation and Inspection and Supervision Software Currently Used in the Party Inspection Sector.”

In his closing remarks, Mr. Nghiêm Xuân Thành highly appreciated the serious and responsible spirit of delegates at all locations nationwide. He emphasized that this conference is highly practical in helping Party Inspection officers timely update new Party guidelines, legal regulations, and State policies, as well as improve their professional skills for inspection and supervision in the new context.

He requested Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to continue promoting proactive research, study, and effective application of the conference's contents in practice; to innovate methods, improve the quality of advisory, inspection, and supervision work; and to strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party Inspection activities. At the same time, they must closely follow the political tasks of each agency and unit, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization that meets the requirements of the new era.

Through this conference, VINACHEM’s Party inspection and supervision officers have promptly updated new guidelines, policies, and regulations of the Party and State; at the same time, improved their knowledge and professional skills, contributing to the effective implementation of inspection and supervision across the Party Committee of the Group in the coming time.
