Alongside the main agenda of the 2026 Employee Conference of the Vietnam National Chemical Group Headquarters, a beach soccer friendly match between the Floor 1 and Floor 2 teams on the afternoon of June 6 created a lively atmosphere, adding vibrancy to the side activities at this year’s conference.

The match was held on the sandy pitch within the resort complex, attracting a large number of staff who came to watch and cheer. Although it was a friendly game, both teams played with great enthusiasm. Spectators enjoyed skillful teamwork, spontaneous plays, and a dramatic score chase that made the match exciting from start to finish.

Despite the challenging sandy surface, the amateur players competed energetically and weren’t afraid of collisions. Cheers echoed along the sidelines after impressive plays and near misses. The relaxed, open atmosphere made the game a true social exchange event.

After regular time, the two teams were tied at 2-2, sending the match into a penalty shootout to determine the winner. In the shootout, the Floor 1 team made the most of their chances to overcome the Floor 2 team, winning the Cup of the 2026 Group Headquarters Employee Conference Beach Soccer Tournament. The Floor 2 team took second place.

At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented the championship cup to the Floor 1 team and awards to both teams.

Beyond the scoreboard, the real value of the match was in the moments of relaxation and camaraderie between staff members. The activity contributed to a cheerful atmosphere at the 2026 Employee Conference and further strengthened bonds among colleagues.
