In 2025, Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company (Lixco) marked a journey of strong breakthrough efforts driven by solidarity, ranging from strengthening Party-building work to demonstrating determination in fulfilling production and business tasks, thereby laying a solid foundation for entering 2026.

On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on January 30, a working delegation of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM), led by Mr. Phung Quang Hiep—Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group—visited Lixco to encourage employees, extend New Year greetings, and present gifts. Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Party Secretary and General Director of the Group; Mr. Nguyen Van Quy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union.

Mr. Cao Thanh Tin, Party Secretary and General Director of the Company, stated that the results achieved are clear evidence of the resilience and solidarity of the Lixco collective, creating strong momentum for the Company to move confidently into 2026.

Reporting at the working session, Mr. Cao Thanh Tin noted that 2025 was a year marked by numerous difficulties and challenges. However, thanks to the strong efforts and determination of the collective of officers and employees, the Company accelerated significantly in the final months of the year and fulfilled the targets assigned by the Group, thereby creating a positive premise for the next stage of development.

Accordingly, in 2025, Lixco’s industrial production value reached VND 3,107 billion, up 8.5% compared to 2024; net revenue reached VND 3,066 billion, up 7%. Export activities recorded strong growth, with sales volume reaching 28,000 tons, up 38%, and export revenue reaching VND 550 billion, an increase of 34% year-on-year. Pre-tax profit of the entire Company reached VND 252 billion, fulfilling 104% of the plan. Average employee income reached VND 17.5 million per person per month.

In the domestic market, Lixco’s brands continued to strengthen their position by opening more than 10,000 new points of sale, particularly in the northern region, while online sales channels recorded revenue growth of 32%.

Speaking at the visit and New Year greeting session, Chairman of the Members’ Council Phung Quang Hiep commended the Lixco collective for its efforts in overcoming difficulties in 2025. He highly appreciated the Company’s production and business results and acknowledged that employees’ income levels were on par with the Group’s average.

Alongside production and business tasks, Lixco placed strong emphasis on taking care of employees’ welfare during the Tet holiday. The Company provided VND 2 million per employee to support travel expenses for all employees; in coordination with the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, it fully sponsored round-trip air tickets for five employees and their family members in difficult circumstances who had not been able to return home for Tet for three consecutive years. In addition, the Company granted VND 5 million per employee for Tet clothing purchases, in-kind gifts worth VND 2.5 million per package, and shopping vouchers worth VND 500,000 on the VinachemMart platform to 100% of employees. Tet bonuses for production workers averaged VND 25 million per person, while indirect staff received bonuses equivalent to three months’ income, with a minimum of VND 30 million per person.

Chairman Phung Quang Hiep emphasized that the Tet welfare activities carried strong humanitarian values, reflecting the Company’s sense of responsibility and practical sharing with employees. He also praised Lixco’s spirit of “saying less, doing more,” highlighting action-oriented performance and the Company’s close alignment with the Group over recent years.

Congratulating the Company on its achievements, Mr. Phung Quang Hiep underscored that 2025 served as a foundational year for the 2026–2030 period. On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Spring 2026, he extended his New Year wishes to the leadership collective and more than 1,200 Lixco employees and their families for good health, happiness, abundant energy, a warm and peaceful spring, and a highly successful new year.

In implementing its 2026 plan, Lixco has set goals of achieving sustainable revenue growth across multiple channels and markets; identifying product quality and production efficiency as key competitive advantages; standardizing governance practices and enhancing discipline and transparency; accelerating digital transformation for smarter and more efficient operations; and placing strong emphasis on human development while fostering a culture of dedication throughout the system.

Festive activities at the Lixco Tet Market were held in a lively and vibrant atmosphere, creating warmth, cohesion, and a strong sense of traditional culture, thereby contributing to the spiritual well-being of officers and employees during the Binh Ngo Spring 2026.

The results achieved are not merely figures, but vivid evidence of the stature, resilience, and determined spirit of the Lixco collective—a united, youthful yet resilient team, rich in enthusiasm, daring to think, daring to act, and constantly striving to conquer new development goals. On that foundation, Lixco expects to continue moving forward steadily in 2026 and the years to come, continuously enhancing competitiveness, creating additional value, and making positive contributions to the overall development of the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Images from the vibrant year-end party, featuring elaborately staged artistic performances by Lixco employees themselves, spread joy and cohesion among more than 1,700 guests, partners, and officers and employees. This atmosphere of unity and shared determination helped generate strong motivation, inspiring the entire Company to enter 2026 with renewed resolve, clear goals, decisive actions, and aspirations toward new breakthroughs and successes.

At the year-end ceremony, Mr. Cao Thanh Tin, Party Secretary and General Director of the Company, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the spirit of solidarity and determination of the Lixco collective on the eve of 2026.
Chairman Phung Quang Hiep also acknowledged the strong sense of unity and the upbeat momentum of the Company’s collective ahead of the new year, while extending his best wishes to all officers and employees for a healthy, happy, energetic Binh Ngo Spring 2026, and a new year that is warmer, more peaceful, and even more successful than 2025.
