To: All Officials and Employees of Vietnam National Chemical Group

In the sacred and reflective atmosphere of the final days of the year, as each of us looks back on the journey we have traversed to prepare for a new year with fresh faith and aspirations;

On behalf of the Leadership of Vietnam National Chemical Group, the Chairman of the Member Council and the General Director would like to send our deepest, most sincere, and most precious gratitude to all officials and employees.

The year 2025 closes with many outstanding milestones, serving as a vivid testament to the spirit of solidarity, perseverance, and high responsibility of the Vinachem family. In every working position, each official and employee has silently exerted effort and dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, constantly overcoming difficulties and challenges to jointly help the Group achieve proud results: production and business activities grew strongly; revenue, profit, and especially employee income reached the highest levels ever; the Group early completed the 5-year plan and officially wiped out accumulated losses after a long process of persistent and resilient striving. These achievements are not only reflected through economic indicators but are also the crystallization of the faith, courage, and consensus of the Vinachem collective.

Alongside the production and business results, 2025 also marked an important step forward in building the Group's image, reputation, and cultural identity. Through communication activities, internal networking, and promoting digital transformation; emulation and commendation movements; along with social security and community responsibility programs, the spirit of bonding, sharing, and Vinachem pride has continued to spread widely. Vinachem culture — with core values of Discipline, Sentiment, Creativity, and Responsibility — is being cultivated daily, becoming a solid spiritual foundation that connects generations of workers throughout the Group.

Stepping into 2026, facing interwoven opportunities and challenges, the Group's Leadership continues to place full trust in our team of officials and employees — the central factor and foundation for Vinachem's sustainable development. The entire Group will continue to unite in innovation, creativity, enhancing production and business efficiency, proactively expanding into potential fields, and simultaneously paying deeper attention to the material and spiritual lives as well as the working environment of our employees.
