On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Bính Ngọ 2026, on February 5, a working delegation of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, led by Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Government Party Committee Executive Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group – visited, encouraged, extended New Year greetings, and presented gifts to the workers of Ha Bac Nitrogen Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company. Joining the delegation were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quý – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union.

On the Company’s side, the delegation was received by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thiệu – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng – Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director; along with representatives of the leadership team and key officials of the Company.

Reporting at the working session, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng – Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Company – stated that 2025 was a year of many difficulties and challenges; however, with the efforts and high determination of the collective of staff and workers, the Company maintained its production momentum in the final months of the year and completed its plan, thereby creating a positive premise for the next development phase.

In 2025, the industrial production value, revenue, and production and business efficiency all increased compared to the same period—marking the fifth consecutive year of profit since 2021. The average income of workers was VND 13 million per person per month. During the year, the Company implemented a lean organizational restructuring; trained and fostered a successor team; and was determined to build a team of officials who "dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility." On the occasion of the Bính Ngọ Lunar New Year, the Company's Tet bonuses and gifts for workers averaged VND 23 million per person.

Speaking at the visit and New Year greeting session, Chairman of the Members’ Council Phùng Quang Hiệp acknowledged and commended the efforts to overcome difficulties by the staff and workers of Ha Bac Nitrogen Fertilizer in 2025. He highly appreciated the solidarity and the "dare to think, dare to do" spirit in the repair and restarting of machinery, but also emphasized lessons in proactiveness and situation forecasting for production. He hoped that entering 2026, with positive signals from the very beginning of the year, the Company will complete and exceed the set planned targets.

The Tet care activities are humanitarian in nature, demonstrating the responsibility and practical sharing of the enterprise toward its workers. On the occasion of Spring Bính Ngọ 2026, he sent New Year wishes to the leadership team and more than 1,300 workers of Ha Bac Nitrogen Fertilizer and their families, wishing them health, happiness, energy, a warm and peaceful spring, and a brilliantly successful new year./.
