Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp Visits, Extends Tet Greetings, and Presents Gifts to Workers of Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company
On February 5, 2026, a working delegation of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM), led by Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Government Party Committee Executive Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group – visited and encouraged the staff and workers of Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company (Haso) on the occasion of Spring Bính Ngọ 2026.
Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quý – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; along with representatives from the Chemical Service and Trading Center, the Group Office, the Trade Union Office, and the Communications & Development Department.

At the working session, Mr. Lê Việt Phương – Director of the Company – stated: In 2025, the Company continued to face many difficulties. However, with the close attention and direction of the Vietnam National Chemical Group; the support of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union and member units within the Group; and the efforts and solidarity of all staff and workers, the Company still achieved positive results in production and business activities.
Specifically, in 2025, the Company's total revenue reached over VND 105 billion, an increase of 267% compared to 2024 and exceeding the annual plan by 176%; industrial production value reached over VND 41 billion, equal to 116% compared to the performance in 2024. Production and business results have gradually improved, with the average income of workers reaching over VND 9.3 million per person per month, an increase over the previous year. Product consumption continued to be promoted, and the market was gradually expanded and diversified.
Alongside production and business tasks, the Company always focuses on caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers, fully and promptly implementing salary and social insurance regimes. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Bính Ngọ 2026, the Company allocated over VND 900 million to care for the workers' Tet, including New Year bonuses, 13th-month salary, and Lunar New Year bonuses; at the same time, it coordinated with the Group and the Vietnam Chemical Trade Union to support VND 140 million for workers in difficult circumstances. The Company also organized a year-end party to encourage and foster the spirit of solidarity among all staff and workers.
In addition, the Company strictly observed and implemented the regulations of the State and the Group regarding safety, fire prevention, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention during Tet; it developed a specific plan for Tet duty assignments to ensure timely handling of arising situations and readiness to return to normal production and work immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday.

Speaking at the visit and Tet greeting session, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group – highly appreciated the results achieved by the Company over the past year. From the report of the Company’s leadership, especially the report on production and business, it can be seen that all aspects of activities met and exceeded the plan, with levels far exceeding the assigned targets; revenue reached over VND 100 billion – a very commendable result in a context still full of difficulties.
Commending the dynamic, flexible, decisive, and dedicated spirit of the Company's leadership, the Chairman of the Members' Council recognized the proactiveness in organizing and implementing production and business activities to create jobs and increase income for workers, despite the modest scale. The Group will continue to consider and create conditions to support the Company within its capabilities.

According to the Chairman of the Members' Council, one should not only compare figures in absolute terms but also look at the significance of each result achieved; the most important measure is the solidarity and consensus of the workers, the spirit of responsibility, and the attachment to the Company.
Referring to the current market context, the Chairman of the Members' Council believed that tightening the management of commodity quality, especially essential consumer products, is an opportunity for enterprises that conduct business seriously and professionally. The issue is to seize opportunities well, reorganize production, expand markets, and promote product consumption; while current capacity is still low, there is still great room for growth if exploited effectively.

Regarding Tet care for workers, the Chairman of the Members' Council recognized the Company's efforts as this year's Tet bonus reached about VND 12 million per person – which, although not yet high, represents a great effort. Based on consensus, the Group decided to provide an additional support of VND 1 million per person (having previously supported VND 1 million per person), demonstrating affection, responsibility, and trust toward the Company's workforce.
Emphasizing that 2026 is a new phase with many requirements and challenges, the Chairman of the Members' Council hoped the Company would have a stronger resurgence, in which solidarity is identified as the most important fulcrum to overcome difficulties. The central goal remains increasing income and improving the lives of workers; the current average income of about VND 9.3 million per person per month should strive to increase by a minimum of 20% in the coming time, while aiming for Tet bonuses of VND 15–16 million per person in the following years.
Affirming that the Group will always accompany the Company and its workers, the Chairman of the Members' Council expressed confidence that with high determination and appropriate solutions, the Company's production and business activities will become increasingly stable, and the lives of workers will continue to improve, so that each Tet becomes more full and warm.
On the occasion of the New Year, the Chairman of the Members' Council respectfully recognized and thanked the spirit of attachment, responsibility, and dedication of all staff and workers of Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company; at the same time, he wished all the Company's employees and their families a new year of health, happiness, and peace, and wished the Company continued development.
