After 06 months of construction and pilot operation, on December 23, 2025, the Vietnam National Chemical Group organized a Review Conference for VinachemMart E-commerce Platform operations to evaluate achieved results, existing shortcomings, and limitations, and development orientation for the coming period. The conference was held in a hybrid format (in-person combined with online), connecting to units currently participating in booths on the platform.

Attending the Conference were Ms. Lai Viet Anh, Deputy Director General of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy – Ministry of Industry and Trade; representatives of the Center for E-commerce Development and Digital Technology – Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy.

On the side of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, there were Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Group; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh, Member of the Board of Members; Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Director; representative Supervisors along with leaders of professional departments and representatives of 14 member units currently operating booths on the VinachemMart platform.

VinachemMart – A concrete step in promoting digital transformation and product consumption

The report at the Conference showed that the construction and operation of the VinachemMart E-commerce Platform is a concrete step to respond to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods," while demonstrating the Group's determination in promoting digital transformation, innovating management methods, and product consumption in the context of a strongly developing digital economy.

After more than 06 months of pilot operation, VinachemMart has attracted over 42,000 registered accounts, with 14 booths and more than 600 products belonging to key industry groups such as: detergents, tires and tubes, batteries, fertilizers, household chemicals... The entire platform recorded nearly 14,000 successful orders, with revenue reaching approximately 2 billion VND, initially affirming its role as a new distribution channel, contributing to increasing brand recognition for Vinachem and its member units.

The report also highly appreciated the effectiveness of the promotion and stimulus programs implemented in the past. Some programs created a clear ripple effect, helping the number of new accounts and orders increase strongly, step by step forming the habit of shopping for chemical industry products on the Group's specialized e-commerce platform.

Alongside the achieved results, the report frankly pointed out some difficulties and shortcomings such as: processing and delivery times at some units are still slow; great competitive pressure from popular e-commerce platforms; limitations in logistics, payment methods, and human resources for booth operation. For some specific product groups, high shipping costs also affected business efficiency on the platform.

Many practical ideas to improve VinachemMart's operational efficiency

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing many practical ideas to help the VinachemMart E-commerce Platform operate more effectively in the coming time. The opinions uniformly evaluated VinachemMart as a new model, consistent with the digital transformation trend, initially creating a channel to connect and promote the products of the Group's member units.

Besides, delegates proposed the need to continue perfecting the interface and features of the platform towards being user-friendly and easy to use; improving the quality of information, images, and content introducing products; increasing connectivity with payment solutions, logistics, and customer care to facilitate the transaction process.

Many opinions also suggested that it is necessary to promote communication and promotion of VinachemMart associated with the Vinachem brand and the Group's key products; at the same time, increase guidance and support for member units in booth operation, effectively exploiting the e-commerce channel.

Perfecting the model, aiming for a prestigious specialized e-commerce channel

The feedback from delegates is an important basis for the VinachemMart Platform Management Board to receive and perfect the operational model, building appropriate solutions, thereby improving operational efficiency, step by step making VinachemMart a prestigious specialized e-commerce channel of the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Concluding the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of the Group, sincerely thanked the enthusiastic and responsible comments from the representative of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, experts, partners, consulting units, professional departments, and member units within the Group. The opinions focused on clarifying development orientation, operational organization solutions, and practical issues raised for the VinachemMart E-commerce Platform in the current period.

The General Director acknowledged the active participation of units, although currently only 14 units are participating with 8 product groups, not yet fully covering the Group's entire product ecosystem. However, this is an important step, creating a foundation so that in the coming time, VinachemMart will have the full participation of all member units, gradually perfecting the product list and improving operational efficiency.

The general assessment shows that VinachemMart is going in the right direction; this is a key factor deciding the long-term success of the platform. Although initial results are not yet large, the development signals are positive and promising, demonstrating the potential to become an important sales channel, while contributing to promoting the Vinachem brand and the Group's products.
The General Director emphasized that in the coming time, it is necessary to continue perfecting the operational model, improving the quality of products listed on the platform, and promoting synchronized and professional communication and marketing work. Relevant units must urgently receive all feedback at the Conference, review, adjust, and build specific, feasible implementation plans.

The General Director expressed the desire to continue receiving the attention, companionship, and support of management agencies, experts, partners, and consulting units, thereby creating conditions for VinachemMart to develop sustainably, become an effective sales channel, and make practical contributions to the production and business activities of the Group in the next stage.
