The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Casumina Elects Mr. Trương Tuấn Nghĩa to the Board of Directors
At the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina), held on April 16, 2026, Mr. Trương Tuấn Nghĩa was elected as an additional member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Trương Tuấn Nghĩa (born in 1993, native of Ninh Binh), holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has nearly 10 years of experience in administrative management and commercial planning. During his tenure at the Vietnam National Chemical Group, he has held various positions related to advisory, synthesis, and support for the activities of the Members’ Council. He is currently serving as Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Members’ Council of the Group.
In addition to his advisory experience, Mr. Nghĩa has also directly participated in supervisory roles at several member units such as Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company and Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company, through which he has gained practical experience in corporate governance and supervision of production and business activities.
The appointment of Mr. Trương Tuấn Nghĩa to Casumina’s Board of Directors is a step towards strengthening governance capabilities, supplementing the company with personnel possessing both expertise and practical experience. At the same time, it reinforces the management and supervision of the Vietnam National Chemical Group’s capital contribution in the enterprise, contributing to enhancing transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in Casumina’s production and business operations.
