Vietnam National Chemical Group Appoints Vice Director of Technical Department

On February 3, 2026, the General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group signed and issued Decision No. 60/QD-HCVN regarding the appointment of a leadership official for the Group's Technical Department.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt – Expert at the Technical Department of the Vietnam National Chemical Group – has been appointed to the position of Vice Director of the Technical Department of the Vietnam National Chemical Group for a 5-year term, effective from the date of the decision.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt was born in 1981, native of Bắc Ninh province; he is an Engineer in Electrochemical Technology and Metal Protection, graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and holds an Intermediate level of Political Theory. He is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, formally trained with many years of experience in the fields of management, production operations, technology, safety, and environment within the chemical industry.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt had held various important positions at DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company – Vinachem, having served in key management roles such as Deputy Director and Director of the DAP Factory; from 2021 to the present, he has been an Expert at the Group's Technical Department. Simultaneously, he is currently a Representative of the Group’s capital and a Member of the Board of Directors at several member enterprises.

During his career, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt has made many positive contributions, recognized by certificates of merit and emulation titles, notably including a Group-level initiative regarding environmental management, contributing to enhancing technical management efficiency and sustainable development across the Group.

The appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt to the position of Vice Director of the Technical Department of the Vietnam National Chemical Group reflects the attention of the Group's leadership toward perfecting the organizational structure and building a team of officials with high qualifications, capacity, and practical experience to meet the requirements of duties in the new phase.
