Vietnam National Chemical Group Delegation Visits and Extends Lunar New Year Greetings to Ninh Binh Nitrogen Fertilizer One-Member Limited Liability Company
On February 4, 2026, a delegation of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) visited, held a working session, and extended Lunar New Year greetings to the management and employees of Ninh Binh Nitrogen Fertilizer One-Member Limited Liability Company on the occasion of the Lunar New Year Bính Ngọ 2026.
The delegation was led by Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group. Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quý – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Hoàng Mạnh Thắng – Member of the Standing Committee and Member of the Members’ Council; Ms. Hồ Thị Mai Hương – Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; along with representatives from the Chemical Trading and Services Center, the Group Office, the Trade Union Office, and the Communications & Development Department.
Receiving and working with the delegation on behalf of the Company were Ms. Bùi Thị Thanh Giang – Chairwoman of the Members’ Council, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến – Director General, and members of the Company’s leadership board.
Thorough Tet Preparations, Safe and Stable Production Organization
Reporting at the meeting, Director General Nguyễn Viết Hiến stated that, in implementing the Group’s directives on employee welfare and ensuring safe, stable production during Lunar New Year 2026, the Company proactively developed and executed Tet care plans in a timely, transparent manner aligned with its production and business conditions.
According to the report, salary, bonus, and Tet welfare policies were fully implemented. The Company also paid special attention to supporting employees facing difficulties. In coordination with the Trade Union, the Company organized visits and encouragement activities, providing practical Tet gifts such as 2026 calendars; support of 20 kg of rice for each employee along with two Tet gift packages (one from the Company and one from the Company Trade Union); and additional salary payments to employees (seven months disbursed to date).
Regarding production during Tet, the Company strengthened labor discipline; strictly implemented regulations on occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental protection; intensified monitoring and inspection of machinery and equipment conditions; and prepared comprehensive contingency plans for incident prevention and handling, along with spare materials for repairs. Raw material and fuel reserves were also proactively secured. In particular, for coal supply, the Company worked with suppliers to ensure sufficient reserves to maintain continuous, stable operations before, during, and after Tet.
In addition, the Company developed Tet duty staffing plans and appropriate sales plans, ready to deliver products promptly when demand arose, while strengthening security and order before, during, and after the holiday. The Director General affirmed that, at the time of reporting, preparations for Tet and materials for Tet production had been basically completed in line with the Group’s plans and directives.
Chairman Phùng Quang Hiệp: Acknowledging Efforts, Setting the Requirement that “Each Year Must Surpass the Previous One”
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Members’ Council Phùng Quang Hiệp emphasized that in 2025 Vietnam National Chemical Group successfully accomplished many key tasks, including organizing the 4th Party Congress of the Group. Core production and business targets were excellently fulfilled, with many indicators achieving double-digit growth as required by the Party and the State. Industrial production value increased by 10.8%, revenue exceeded VND 65 trillion, and average employee income reached VND 18 million per person per month. Notably, the Group eliminated accumulated losses six months ahead of schedule and recorded profits of approximately VND 800 billion.
For Ninh Binh Nitrogen Fertilizer One-Member LLC, the Chairman acknowledged the Company’s proactive spirit and positive improvements in management, production organization, and market operations. Despite ongoing difficulties in 2025, the Company operated effectively across many stages, increasingly mastering maintenance and repair processes, enhancing operational autonomy, investing in equipment to improve business value, and upgrading plant landscapes toward a “bright – green – clean – beautiful” model.
Market operations were implemented effectively, minimizing inventory levels. In particular, the Company paid strong attention to employee welfare, maintaining benefit policies and achieving an average income of around VND 30 million per person per month. The Chairman stressed the consistent requirement that “each year’s results must be higher than the previous year,” creating momentum for the Company to successfully accomplish its 2026 tasks.
