The honoring ceremony is a profound political and social activity aimed at recognizing and honoring ethnic minority pupils, students, and youth with exemplary achievements in study, training, scientific research, creative labor, and active participation in patriotic emulation movements. This is also an opportunity to spread examples of overcoming difficulties, possessing great resilience, and the aspiration to contribute to the community and the country.

With its role as a core state-owned economic group in the chemical industry, VINACHEM always determines that production and business development must be associated with the effective implementation of social responsibility, especially in the fields of education and training, social security, and youth human resource development. Accompanying and sponsoring the 12th Honoring Ceremony demonstrates the Group's practical concern for the younger generation in ethnic minority areas, contributing to creating more motivation for them to continue striving, studying, training, and contributing.

Through the program, VINACHEM wishes to join the Party, the State, and socio-political organizations in effectively implementing the policy of caring for, nurturing, and promoting the role of youth; at the same time, spreading the message of equality in access to education and development opportunities, aiming towards the goal of sustainable development.
