On the morning of May 28, 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held a ceremony to announce decisions on the appointment of personnel to key specialized departments of the Group. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Group; members of the Standing Committee, the Board of Members, and representatives of the leadership from specialized departments.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú presented the appointment decisions. Accordingly, Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng was appointed as Head of the Investment and Construction Department; Ms. Lưu Thanh Hồng as Head of the Communications and Development Department; and Mr. Trần Anh Vũ as Head of the Legal Department of the Group.

Prior to their appointments, all of these officials served as Acting Deputy Heads of their respective departments.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Group’s leadership congratulated the newly appointed officials and expressed confidence that they will continue to demonstrate their capabilities and sense of responsibility, working together with their teams to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks.

Strengthening the personnel of specialized departments is a concrete step in the process of organizational renewal and improving governance efficiency at Vinachem. This round of appointments demonstrates a proactive approach to personnel organization, meeting the requirements for management and coordination in the new period.

The Group’s leadership expects that the newly appointed officials will continue to utilize their professional experience and practical abilities, providing effective advice in the fields of investment and construction, communications, and legal affairs; thereby contributing to improved governance, enhanced legal compliance, and promoting the stable development of the Group in the time ahead.
