On February 5, 2026, a working delegation from the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) visited, held a working session, and extended Lunar New Year greetings to the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday.

The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Group. Accompanying him were Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Bình, Member of the Group’s Members’ Council, and Ms. Hồ Thị Mai Hương, Vice President of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union.

Representing the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry were Dr. Hoàng Anh Tuấn – President of the Institute – along with members of the Institute’s leadership and key officials.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Hoàng Anh Tuấn presented an overview of the Institute’s performance in 2025. Amid significant changes in science and technology mechanisms and rising requirements for efficiency and autonomy, the Institute proactively implemented comprehensive management and operational solutions, successfully fulfilling its scientific research and technology transfer tasks associated with production, business, and services. Total operating revenue in 2025 reached VND 427 billion, exceeding the Group’s target by 11% and increasing by 8% compared with 2024. The average income of employees reached VND 23 million per person per month, up 10% year-on-year, thereby continuing to improve living standards and motivating staff and employees to remain committed to their work.

In addition to professional achievements, the Institute paid special attention to employee welfare during Tet. Salary, bonus, and welfare policies were implemented fully and promptly, with a minimum Tet bonus equivalent to one month’s salary per employee. The Institute’s Trade Union closely coordinated with management in visiting and supporting employees and their families facing difficulties, ensuring that no one was left behind during the traditional holiday.

Addressing the meeting, General Director Nguyễn Hữu Tú affirmed that the Institute’s 2025 achievements not only reflected its internal efforts but also highlighted the increasingly prominent role of science and technology in creating a foundation for sustainable growth and improving human resource quality. Across the Group, 2025 marked an important milestone, with production and business indicators, profits, and average employee income reaching their highest levels to date, demonstrating the effectiveness of a development orientation grounded in innovation and modern governance.

Entering 2026, the General Director emphasized that the Group’s double-digit growth target will continue to be driven by science, technology, and innovation, regarded as the central momentum for improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness, while also creating room to increase employee income, stabilize livelihoods, and strengthen Vinachem’s position in the new development phase.

On the occasion of the New Year, the General Director extended his best wishes to the Institute’s leadership, officials, staff, and employees, encouraging the Institute to continue promoting its tradition of unity, intellect, and creativity; to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks; and to make meaningful contributions to the sustainable development of the Vietnam National Chemical Group in the coming period.
