On the afternoon of June 1, at the headquarters of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – General Director of the Group – chaired a meeting with newly recruited personnel, officers who had completed secondment assignments, and those who had finished training programs and officially taken up positions in the Group’s specialized departments.

The meeting was attended by leaders from the Human Resources Organization Department, leaders of departments with newly recruited, seconded, or trained officers, as well as all participating officers in the program.

At the meeting, leaders of specialized departments reported on the results of recruitment, reception, secondment, and personnel training in recent times. According to the departments, the selection process was rigorous and objective, ensuring the selection of candidates with the appropriate professional qualifications, competence, and qualities for the job requirements. For officers participating in secondment and training programs, their work and study processes contributed to enhancing professional knowledge, management skills, practical experience, and adaptability to new job requirements.

Department leaders also recognized the responsibility, willingness to learn, and efforts of the officers during their work and study; expressing confidence that the newly admitted personnel would quickly integrate into their new working environments, demonstrate their abilities, and make positive contributions to the Group’s overall development.

Along with the achievements, department leaders also frankly pointed out some areas for further improvement. Some newly recruited officers still lack practical experience and require more time to familiarize themselves with the Group’s operations and improve skills in coordination and problem-solving in a large enterprise environment. For those who completed secondment and training programs, the application of acquired knowledge and experience to actual work needs to be more strongly promoted to improve effectiveness. Department leaders suggested that officers continue to proactively learn, hone their professional skills, and enhance management capacity and sense of responsibility to meet the increasing demands in the Group’s new development stage.
