Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company Appoints New Chairman of the Board of Directors
On 20 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company issued Decision No. 324/CBTT-TCKT appointing Mr Trịnh Anh Phong as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term, effective from 20 June 2026.
According to the decision, in his new position, Mr Trịnh Anh Phong is responsible for fully exercising the powers and duties of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in accordance with the law, the Company’s Charter, and current internal management regulations. He is also entitled to salary and benefits as prescribed by the Company.
Mr Trịnh Anh Phong was born in 1983, in Ho Chi Minh City. Before his appointment, he held several positions in the company such as Party Secretary, Board Member, Branch Party Secretary, and General Director of the Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company.
This appointment is part of the company’s strategy to promote internal human resources, ensuring succession, stability in management, and creating new momentum for sustainable development.
The appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors aims to strengthen the company’s leadership structure, meet management and operational requirements, and serve the company’s development objectives for the 2026–2030 period.
