He emphasized that, in the context of ongoing economic fluctuations, LIX’s growth has made a positive contribution to the Group’s overall achievements, clearly demonstrating the bravery, initiative, and solidarity of the staff and workforce. “Employees are the most valuable asset of the business. Every individual’s extra effort creates tremendous collective strength,” he shared, and also requested the Company to continue raising average employee income.
For the coming year, he suggested the Company focus on key pillars: developing breakthrough new products to anticipate consumer trends; reviewing and consolidating distribution systems, expanding the northern market and boosting exports with a focus on brand building; investing in professional, effective marketing; accelerating digital transformation, automation, and improving the working environment.
He noted that brand building is a costly but essential task for sustainable development. At the same time, the Company needs mechanisms to attract high-quality human resources, pay attention to training, and further improve both material and spiritual life for employees.
With a distinctive corporate culture and a strong sense of responsibility, he expressed confidence that LIX will continue to “accelerate – break through – develop sustainably” in the coming period.

The Conference closed with the launch of the 2026 emulation movement, calling on all staff to promote the tradition of solidarity, creativity, unity, and determination to successfully accomplish the set socio-economic targets.
