Ninh Binh Fertilizer: Promoting Democracy – Strengthening Dialogue – Building Consensus to Fulfill 2026 Tasks

On March 26, 2026, Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer One Member Co., Ltd. held the 2026 Employees’ Delegates Conference and the First Periodic Dialogue of 2026. Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Members’ Council, and General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Mr. Chu Văn Giáp – Member of the Members’ Council of the Group; and Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, along with 169 delegates representing more than 1,000 employees across the Company.



Frank, Democratic Dialogue Focused on Practical Issues

The periodic dialogue session took place in an open and responsible atmosphere. Many opinions focused on practical issues such as working conditions in workshops, equipment maintenance and repair, occupational safety, shift meals, wages and income, workforce allocation, and the working environment.

Company leaders directly addressed each issue in a constructive and transparent manner, helping employees better understand production management directions, the financial situation, major overhaul plans, and measures to improve employees’ living standards in the coming period.

2025: Efforts to Maintain Stable Production Amid Challenges

In 2025, the Company operated under continued challenges related to market conditions, input costs, and financial pressure. Nevertheless, thanks to the determination of its workforce, the Company maintained stable, long-term operations at high capacity and achieved notable results: industrial production value reached VND 5,429 billion (111% of the target); revenue reached VND 5,113 billion (106% of the target); output exceeded 516,000 tons of urea equivalent; profit reached VND 91 billion; and average income was VND 17.3 million per person per month.

Environmental safety, major overhauls, and equipment maintenance were implemented effectively and in a coordinated manner. Notably, at the Vietnam National Chemical Group’s 2025 year-end review conference, the Company was honored as one of the top five units with the highest revenue in the Group.

Comprehensive Care for Employees – Foundation for Stable Production

Comprehensive employee welfare is a key foundation for maintaining stable production. Alongside business operations, the Company has paid special attention to employee benefits and working conditions by improving the quality of shift meals to ensure nutrition and food safety; upgrading working conditions in workshops; providing adequate personal protective equipment; organizing periodic health check-ups and occupational health monitoring; fully implementing salary, bonus, and welfare policies; supporting employees in difficult circumstances; and promoting cultural and sports activities to enhance spiritual well-being.

Key Tasks and Solutions for 2026

In 2026, the Company aims to produce 472,700 tons of urea equivalent and achieve revenue of VND 5,319 billion, while ensuring stable employment and income for employees.
Key solutions include maintaining safe and stable operations at 90–95% capacity; strictly managing raw materials and reducing costs; completing major overhaul projects on schedule and with quality assurance; expanding markets and seeking export opportunities; accelerating digital transformation in management and sales; reviewing workforce allocation and gradually implementing the 3P salary system; and continuing to improve working conditions, shift meals, and welfare policies.

Leadership Remarks and Emulation Launch

In his keynote speech, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group – expressed his satisfaction with the democratic, responsible, and united spirit of the Company’s workforce. He praised the well-prepared organization of the conference, with the participation of 169 outstanding delegates representing over 1,000 employees.
He emphasized that despite economic difficulties in 2025, the Group achieved impressive growth. Within that success, the Company made significant contributions, with industrial production value reaching VND 5,429 billion (up 16%), output hitting 516,000 tons—the highest level in many years—and operations exceeding 90% capacity, marking a fundamental turnaround from previous challenging periods.

He acknowledged and expressed appreciation to all employees for their unity, responsibility, and creativity, which contributed to the Company’s strong recovery and the Group’s overall success.

He also noted that the Company’s positive transformation in production, working environment, factory landscape, and employee welfare has been reported to and highly appreciated by the Government. In addition, the Ministry of Finance has issued documents to resolve financial mechanism issues between the Group and the Company, facilitating financial restructuring, cost reduction, and improved competitiveness.

Entering 2026—the first year of the 2026–2030 five-year plan—the General Director agreed with the Company’s nine solution groups and recommended further focus on: promoting emulation movements and technical innovation; ensuring absolute safety through comprehensive review of equipment and processes; enhancing market forecasting amid global uncertainties; accelerating digital transformation, innovation, green growth, and circular economy initiatives (such as sulfur and CO₂ recovery and solar energy utilization); and continuing to improve both material and spiritual life for employees while building a green, clean, and beautiful working environment.

He also encouraged the Company to actively participate in the Group’s digital platforms to support farmers with effective cultivation solutions, thereby expanding markets and enhancing product value. Based on the achievements of 2025, he expressed confidence that the Company’s workforce would remain united, seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and successfully accomplish the 2026 tasks.

At the conference, many outstanding collectives and individuals in the 2025 emulation movement were commended and rewarded. The conference also elected the People’s Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term with high consensus, adopted the conference resolution, and launched an emulation movement to successfully fulfill the 2026 tasks.

The 2026 Employees’ Delegates Conference and periodic dialogue at the Company concluded successfully, clearly demonstrating a spirit of democracy, responsibility, and consensus between management and employees, creating new momentum and determination for the next stage of development.
