Slight volleyball was one of the highlights at the 2026 Southern Region Vinachem Employee Sports Festival. The matches were lively, with many point-for-point chases requiring sharp focus and tight teamwork from everyone on court.
On the court, teams did not rely on powerful spikes but instead showcased coordinated play across all positions. Stable first passes, smart second touches, and timely cover allowed rallies to continue, creating tense and exciting contests. This cohesion became a hallmark of this year's soft volleyball event.

LIX Detergent JSC’s team was the standout performer. Maintaining consistent form from the group stage to the final, the athletes were solid in defence, organised effective attacks, and capitalised on scoring opportunities to claim the championship.

Binh Dien Fertilizer JSC took second place, demonstrating tight teamwork, balanced play, and a tireless fighting spirit. Southern Fertilizer JSC finished third after several spirited matches, showing determination and unity throughout the team.
