On June 4, 2026, at the company’s hall, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement for the development of a sustainable yellow passion fruit raw material area between The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFJC) and Eden Binh Thuan High-Tech Agriculture Co., Ltd. (Eden Farm) was solemnly held. This marks the start of a strategic partnership between the two entities in high-tech agriculture and the sustainable agricultural value chain.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of Southern Fertilizer JSC were Mr. Đỗ Văn Tuấn – General Director; Mr. Võ Tòng Anh – Senior Advisor; Mr. Đoàn Tấn Sang – Deputy General Director; Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương – Chief Accountant; along with leaders of various departments and divisions.

Representing the partner, Eden Binh Thuan High-Tech Agriculture Co., Ltd. (Eden Farm), were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đức – Director; Mr. Fatahian Vahid – Technical Director; Mr. Trần Văn Đông – Deputy Director; Ms. Phan Võ Ngọc Hà – Operations Assistant; and Mr. Nguyễn Quí Đạt – Infrastructure Technician.

During the meeting, leaders from both sides engaged in a broad discussion on long-term development orientation and cooperation opportunities in high-tech agriculture and sustainable agricultural value chain building. Based on each party’s strengths, Southern Fertilizer will accompany Eden Farm in providing crop nutrition solutions and high-quality input materials for yellow passion fruit production in Binh Thuan, aiming to improve yield and product quality, towards safe, effective agriculture that meets export standards.

In their remarks, Eden Farm representatives highly appreciated Southern Fertilizer’s research, manufacturing, and supply capabilities, as well as the company’s positive contributions to supporting farmers and sustainable agriculture. Eden Farm expressed hope that this cooperation will drive production efficiency, improve product quality, and gradually establish a stable yellow passion fruit raw material zone to meet growing domestic and international demand.

On Southern Fertilizer’s side, company representatives believe that the collaboration with Eden Farm will maximize the strengths and resources of both parties, creating a solid foundation for long-term, sustainable development. The company is committed to supporting Eden Farm in building high-quality yellow passion fruit cultivation models, applying scientific and technical advances in production, increasing agricultural value, improving farmers' incomes, and strengthening the position of Vietnamese agricultural products in the international market.

The signing ceremony not only opens up cooperation opportunities between Southern Fertilizer and Eden Farm but also lays the groundwork for the formation of a sustainable yellow passion fruit production chain in Binh Thuan, contributing to the local agricultural economy and increasing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products in the global supply chain.
