From 15th to 17th September 2026, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Institute of Electronics, Informatics, and Automation (Ministry of Industry and Trade), organised a specialised digital transformation training course for company leaders, managers, and heads and deputy heads of departments, sections, and unions.

The programme follows on from Supe Lam Thao’s 2026 digital transformation training for workers and staff, now extending training to the company’s management team.

Attending from the training provider were Mr. Nguyễn Đình Lượng, Deputy Director of the Institute of Electronics, Informatics, and Automation; Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Xuyên, Deputy Principal of the School for Training and Fostering Science and Technology Personnel; and Mr. Trần Vũ Tuấn Phan, Deputy Director of the Centre for Strategic and Policy Consultancy of Science and Technology, Academy of Science and Technology Strategy.

From the company, Mr. Phạm Thanh Tùng, Party Secretary and General Director, joined company leaders, along with heads and deputy heads of departments, sections, and unions.

During the programme, experts and lecturers delivered content on digital transformation thinking, data management and utilisation, and the application of artificial intelligence in business management and operations. The training was tailored to practical requirements, helping leaders and managers update their knowledge, access digital tools, and learn about applying technology in management and operations.

Through the programme, Supe Lam Thao’s leadership and management team gained further knowledge and methods to apply digital technology in their work. This is one of the activities under the company’s 2026 digital transformation programme, aiming to enhance management and operational efficiency and support production and business activities.
