On 24 August 2026, at Meeting Room 01, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company held a working session with the Institute for Emerging Intelligence Technology and Education to discuss directions for cooperation in scientific and technological development, innovation, and digital transformation.

Attending the meeting were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Ái Việt, Director of the Institute, together with senior leaders and technology experts from the Institute. Representing Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company were Mr. Phạm Thanh Tùng, Party Secretary and General Director, along with members of the Board of Management and representatives from the company’s departments.

Promoting Technological Application in Production and Management

In his welcome remarks, Mr. Phạm Thanh Tùng, Party Secretary and General Director, shared the company’s recent achievements, including the advancement of scientific and technological application, digital transformation, and green transition.

Supe Lam Thao is gradually adopting modern technology and automation in production, developing new-generation environmentally friendly fertiliser products, and enhancing the use of technology in corporate management. These are identified as crucial areas for improving operational efficiency, production capacity, and the company’s adaptability to new requirements.

Looking ahead, General Director Phạm Thanh Tùng stated that the company will continue to prioritise science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, while seeking suitable solutions to address practical issues, improve operational effectiveness, and support sustainable development.

Seeking Technological Solutions from Real-World Issues

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Ái Việt, Director of the Institute, commended Supe Lam Thao’s achievements in applying science and technology, digital transformation, and green transition.

He also shared insights into current technological trends, including the application of artificial intelligence and digital solutions in management and production. The Institute’s representatives expressed their intention to work with the company to survey and identify real operational challenges, research and provide advice, and propose technological solutions suited to Supe Lam Thao’s production and management conditions.

Both sides also discussed approaches to digital transformation, emphasising the importance of accurately identifying needs and priority areas rather than implementing technology in a fragmented manner. Aligning technological solutions with the specific requirements of each field is regarded as key to enhancing application effectiveness and delivering tangible value to the business.

Expanding Opportunities for Cooperation in Science, Technology, and Innovation

During the session, leaders and experts from both sides discussed bottlenecks and obstacles in Supe Lam Thao’s digital transformation process, as well as potential solutions to foster innovation, digital transformation, green transition, and the application of emerging technologies in the future.

The meeting provided an opportunity for Supe Lam Thao and the Institute for Emerging Intelligence Technology and Education to share their needs, capacities, and development orientations, thereby identifying areas for joint research, surveys, and implementation in the time ahead.

Based on the discussions, both sides agreed to further strengthen connections, research suitable technological solutions for Supe Lam Thao’s practical operations, and contribute to enhancing the company’s production efficiency, management, and innovation capacity.
