In accordance with personnel strengthening regulations, at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 June 2026, Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company appointed Mr. Lê Quang Dũng as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Lê Quang Dũng was born in 1997 in Thanh Hóa and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is currently working in the Business Planning Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group. During his career, Mr. Lê Quang Dũng has participated in advisory roles in planning and business operations. From June 2026, he has been assigned to the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company by decision of the competent authority.

The appointment of Mr. Lê Quang Dũng as a Member of the Supervisory Board aims to strengthen the management and supervisory apparatus of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company, ensuring corporate governance in accordance with current regulations. At the same time, the Supervisory Board will continue to perform its function of overseeing the management, administration, and business operations of the Company as stipulated by law and the Company’s Charter.
