On 14th July 2026, the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group signed Decision No. 368/QD-HCVN to reappoint Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo as Director of the Chemical Trade and Service Center. The appointment is for a term of five years, effective from 15th July 2026.

Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo, born in 1980, is currently the Director of the Chemical Trade and Service Center. The reappointment was made in accordance with the Group’s regulations on personnel management, based on organisational requirements and the need for continued leadership in managing and operating the centre in the new period.

The Chemical Trade and Service Center is a unit under Vietnam National Chemical Group, responsible for commercial, service and production support activities in line with its assigned functions and duties. At present, the centre directly operates the VinachemMart e-commerce platform – a digital marketplace connecting chemical, fertiliser, rubber and many other products from member units with customers. This platform is one of the channels helping to expand markets, diversify distribution methods, and promote digital transformation in the Group’s commercial activities.

The reappointment of Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Thảo further strengthens the centre’s leadership team, ensures operational stability, and enables the unit to effectively carry out its assigned tasks, particularly the development and operation of the VinachemMart e-commerce platform in accordance with the Group’s direction.
