Technological breakthroughs

The Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) announces the selection of organizations and individuals to lead Group-level Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) projects for 2026.

Based on the Group’s regulations for managing STI projects and the approved list of tasks, the Group is widely inviting qualified units and individuals with sufficient experience and appropriate conditions to undertake STI projects that directly serve production activities at member units.

Eligible Applicants

Organizations and individuals with legal status and operational functions relevant to the professional field of the Group-level STI projects (objectives, content, and required outcomes as specified in the attached Appendix) are eligible to apply.

Application Documents

• Application form to lead the project (Form 02);
• Project proposal (Form 03);
• Scientific CVs of the Project Leader and participating members (up to 10 people) using Form 04;
• Summary of the applicant organization’s STI activities (if applicable);
• Letter of cooperation confirmation (if applicable, Form 05);
• Documents proving the ability to mobilize additional funding (if any);
• Quotations for equipment and main materials required for procurement (if any);
• Other relevant documents.

Application Requirements and Submission Deadline

Applications must be sealed and clearly marked with the project title, name and address of the leading unit, and a list of documents included.

Quantity: 01 original (signed and stamped), 09 A4-sized copies (Unicode, Times New Roman – TCVN 6909:2001), and 01 electronic copy sent via email.

Application deadline: 10 days from the date this Notice is published on the Group’s website.
