According to him, the global and domestic economic environment has recently experienced many fluctuations. Geopolitical factors, market volatility and international trade policies have significantly affected manufacturing enterprises, including the rubber industry.

In particular, changes in reciprocal tax policies in certain major export markets, especially the United States, which accounts for a significant share of the Company’s export turnover, have directly impacted revenue and business performance. However, thanks to solidarity, proactive management and strong determination, the Company has maintained stable production, ensured employment and income for more than 1,700 employees and gradually improved working conditions and employee welfare.

The Chairman emphasized that the achievements of the past year are highly commendable and reflect the collective responsibility and unity of the Company’s leadership and workforce. In addition to maintaining stable production, the Company has also made significant efforts in improving governance, enhancing production efficiency through cost control, reducing defect rates, improving raw material utilization and optimizing production processes.

For the coming period, Phung Quang Hiep suggested that the Company should continue to innovate its management practices, strengthen competitiveness and proactively adapt to market fluctuations. In particular, Casumina should focus on researching and developing high value-added product lines that align with the development trends of the automotive and transportation industries, especially products serving electric vehicles and next-generation transport systems.

At the same time, the Company should continue consolidating and expanding its markets, improving product quality and maintaining the reputation of its brand in both domestic and international markets.

In addition to production and business tasks, the Chairman also emphasized the importance of improving employees’ material and spiritual well-being and working conditions. According to him, employees are the decisive factor in the sustainable development of enterprises. Building a safe and friendly working environment, ensuring stable income and good welfare policies will motivate employees to stay committed and contribute actively to the Company’s development.

With its existing foundation, tradition of solidarity and spirit of innovation, he expressed confidence that Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company will continue to leverage its strengths and successfully accomplish its 2026 production and business objectives, thereby contributing positively to the overall development of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
