On the morning of February 24, 2026, on the occasion of the early days of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, Comrade Phung Quang Hiep – Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group – paid a visit, extended New Year greetings, and conveyed his best wishes to the leadership, officers, employees, and workers of DAP No.2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company.

Attending the meeting were members of the Company’s Board of Management, representatives of departments and units, along with a large number of officers and employees.

At the working session, Comrade Phung Quang Hiep extended his New Year wishes for health, happiness, and success to all officers and employees of the Company. He also acknowledged and commended the spirit of effort, solidarity, and resilience demonstrated by the Company’s leadership and workforce over the past period. Amid ongoing difficulties and challenges facing the fertilizer production sector, the Company has proactively implemented various solutions, gradually stabilized production, and ensured employment and income for its workers.

He emphasized that 2026 holds significant importance in implementing the Group’s strategic development objectives, requiring member units – including DAP No.2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company – to continue promoting innovation and creativity; focus on improving production and business efficiency, optimizing costs, ensuring production safety and environmental protection; accelerating the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and green transition; while also taking good care of the material and spiritual well-being of employees.

On behalf of the Company’s leadership, officers, and employees, Comrade Vu Viet Tien, General Director of the Company, sincerely expressed gratitude for the attention and close guidance from the Group’s leadership. He affirmed the Company’s determination to overcome difficulties, promote internal strengths, organize safe and efficient production, and successfully fulfill assigned tasks from the very first days and months of the new year.

The early Spring meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, providing motivation for the Company’s officers and employees to enter 2026 with renewed spirit and determination, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the Group.

In addition to the New Year meeting and greetings for officers and employees, Comrade Phung Quang Hiep directly visited the Company’s plant construction project site. There, he received a brief report on construction progress and implementation plans for project components in 2026. He requested the Company to closely follow the schedule, ensure construction quality, strictly comply with safety regulations, and strive to complete the project as planned.

Notably, he also visited the Company’s collective kitchen to inspect food safety and hygiene practices, the quality of shift meals, and service conditions for employees. He stressed that caring for employees’ material and spiritual life—especially nutritional regimes for workers—is an important task that contributes to improving health, motivating employees to work with peace of mind and maintain long-term commitment to the enterprise, thereby making positive contributions to the sustainable development of the Company and the Group in 2026 and the years ahead.
