General Director of the Group Visits, Presents Gifts to Workers of the Railway Transport Branch and Works with Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company
On the afternoon of June 17, a delegation from the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) led by General Director Nguyễn Hữu Tú visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to staff and workers at the Railway Transport Branch (Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company), and also held a working session with the company to discuss solutions for overcoming difficulties, stabilizing production, and ensuring jobs for workers.
Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Chu Văn Giáp, Member of the Members’ Council; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông, Chairman of the Vietnam National Chemical Industry Trade Union; and leaders of the Group’s functional departments. From Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company, participants included members of the Members’ Council, the Board of General Directors, and leaders of relevant departments and units.
At the Railway Transport Branch, the delegation directly inquired about production activities and working conditions of the staff and workers; acknowledged the responsibility and efforts of the unit in maintaining transportation operations, thereby ensuring the company’s production and consumption chain.
Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú inquired about the living and working conditions of the staff, and presented gifts to encourage the Railway Transport Branch’s personnel. The General Director expressed his hope that employees will continue to uphold solidarity, overcome difficulties, maintain labor discipline, ensure safety in production and operations, and work together with the company to fulfill assigned tasks.
Immediately after the visit, the delegation held a working session with the leadership of Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company to discuss and review production and business activities; the difficulties and obstacles the company is currently facing; as well as solutions to quickly stabilize production and ensure jobs and income for workers.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đông, General Director of the Company, reported to the delegation on production and business activities; mining, processing, product consumption; transportation operations; and recent challenges. The company also requested the Group’s support in resolving certain issues to enable stable operations and improved efficiency.
Based on the discussions, representatives from the Group’s and the company’s specialized departments analyzed and assessed existing problems and their causes, and proposed various solutions in planning, engineering, investment, finance, and human resources to support the company in gradually overcoming difficulties and improving operational efficiency.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, General Director of Vinachem, recognized and highly appreciated the efforts of the leadership, staff, and workers of Vietnam Apatit Limited Liability Company amid ongoing challenges. He requested that the company continue to promote proactivity, closely follow production and business plans; review cost-saving solutions, enhance management efficiency, and make effective use of available resources; while closely coordinating with the Group’s specialized departments to promptly resolve emerging issues.
The General Director emphasized the overarching goal of maintaining stable production, ensuring jobs, income, and living conditions for workers; upholding safety in production; striving to achieve the 2026 plan targets, and laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable development in the future.
