Vietnam National Chemical Group transfers and appoints Deputy Head of Legal Department
On April 10, 2026, the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group signed and issued Decision No. 222/QĐ-HCVN on the transfer and appointment of personnel within the Group, in order to further strengthen the organizational structure and enhance the capacity to perform professional tasks in the functional departments.
According to the Decision, Mr. Đào Văn Đức, currently serving as Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Board of Members of the Group, has been transferred and appointed, for a fixed term, to the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Group. The Decision is effective from the date of signing.
The Decision, signed and issued by the General Director, takes effect from April 10, 2026. The Chief of Office, Heads of Group Departments, Mr. Đào Văn Đức, and relevant units and individuals are responsible for organizing and implementing the Decision.
The consolidation of personnel in the Legal Department demonstrates that the Vietnam National Chemical Group continues to focus on strengthening and improving the quality of legal work—a field that is playing an increasingly important role in corporate governance, especially for large-scale, multi-sector, and multi-field enterprises.
