VINACHEM: Ceremony Announcing the Appointment Decision for Deputy Head of the Technical Department
On February 26, 2026, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 60/QĐ-HCVN on the appointment of leadership personnel for the Group’s Technical Department.
According to the Decision, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt – Specialist of the Group’s Technical Department – has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Technical Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group for a five-year term from the date of signing.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt is an Engineer in Electrochemical Technology and Metal Protection, graduating from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He has received formal training and possesses many years of experience in management and operation of production, technology, safety, and environmental work within the chemical industry.
Prior to this appointment, he held several key positions at member units of the Group; since 2021, he has served as a Specialist of the Group’s Technical Department. He is currently also the Group’s capital representative and a Member of the Board of Directors at several affiliated units. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions and received numerous certificates of merit and emulation titles. Notably, he introduced a Group-level initiative on environmental management, contributing to enhanced technical governance efficiency and promoting sustainable development across the system.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Group – congratulated Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt on being entrusted with the new responsibility. He emphasized that in the coming period, the Group aims to strongly develop high-purity chemical products serving the semiconductor and energy storage industries, while accelerating digital transformation, green transition, and improving technical governance capacity. The General Director expressed confidence that, with his professional competence, practical experience, and strong sense of responsibility, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt will effectively fulfill his role, working closely with the Technical Department to provide sound advisory support and contribute positively to the Group’s sustainable development.
In his acceptance remarks, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt expressed sincere gratitude for the trust placed in him by the Group’s leadership and staff. He affirmed his commitment to promptly undertake his new responsibilities, devote his utmost efforts, uphold solidarity, proactively innovate, and enhance the effectiveness of technical advisory work, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the Group’s strategic objectives in the new phase.
The appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt as Deputy Head of the Technical Department reflects the Group leadership’s attention to strengthening its organizational structure and building a team of qualified, competent, and experienced officials capable of meeting new requirements in the current context.
