Vinachem Launches 90-Day Final Sprint Emulation Drive, Determined to Achieve Double-Digit Growth Target

09:50 AM @ Wednesday - 14 October, 2026

The Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has launched the “90-Day Final Sprint Emulation Drive for the End of 2026,” running from 1 October to 31 December 2026, with the aim of mobilising resources, boosting production and business activity, and striving to complete the year’s plan and achieve the double-digit growth target.

According to Joint Directive No. 2155/CTLT-HCVN dated 30 September 2026, Vinachem has set two main targets for this drive: total revenue to reach at least 100% of the 2026 plan, with a minimum growth of 10% compared to the same period in 2025; and pre-tax profit to reach at least 100% of the annual plan.

To achieve these objectives, the Group requires its units to intensify production and business, explore markets, increase sales of products, goods, and services; while also closely managing and reducing costs, making efficient use of resources, and improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Units must proactively overcome obstacles, encourage initiatives, apply technology and digital transformation, while ensuring safety and compliance in all business activities.

Linking Emulation to Task Performance

The Group instructs unit leaders to thoroughly communicate and launch the campaign to all staff and workers; to develop action plans for the final three months of the year, clearly defining targets and key tasks to complete. Implementation must be practical and effective, closely connected to the unit’s business objectives and actual results.

Emulation results will be assessed based on actual business performance, the degree of plan completion, revenue and output growth, profit, and efficient use of resources. The Group will also consider cost savings, improvements in productivity and quality, completion progress for tasks, contracts and projects, practical innovations and solutions, and compliance with safety, quality, legal, and Group regulations.
According to the emulation directive, rewards will include a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam National Chemical Group and a cash award of VND 50 million per unit.

With the spirit of “Solidarity – Determination – Acceleration – Reaching the Finish Line,” Vinachem’s General Director and the Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union call on all officials, employees, and workers across the Group to demonstrate unity, initiative, creativity, and a competitive drive, determined to fulfil all assigned objectives and tasks.

The Group requires its units to concretise the emulation campaign through action plans and implementation outcomes, focusing on achieving business targets in the final three months of the year, contributing to the successful fulfilment of the 2026 plan and achieving the double-digit growth target.
