VINACHEM: Mr. Vi Xuan Hai Appointed Concurrently as Deputy Director of the Chemical Trading and Services Center
On February 12, 2026, the General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group signed Decision No. 86/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Vi Xuan Hai – Deputy Head of the Group’s Planning and Business Department – to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Director of the Chemical Trading and Services Center.
Mr. Vi Xuan Hai, born in 1984 and originally from Thanh Ba District, Phu Tho Province, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has extensive practical experience in administration, planning, and business operations.
The appointment of Mr. Vi Xuan Hai to concurrently serve as Deputy Director of the Chemical Trading and Services Center recognizes his persistent contributions over the years. It also aims to strengthen advisory capacity, promote the development of the Vinachemmart e-commerce trading platform, accelerate digital transformation, and advance sustainable development orientations.
The continued consolidation of the leadership team at the Chemical Trading and Services Center demonstrates the proactive and decisive approach of the Vietnam National Chemical Group in personnel organization, ensuring leadership resources capable of meeting increasingly demanding tasks in the new development phase.
