Apatit Vietnam Expresses Gratitude to Customers, Aiming for Sustainable Cooperation

09:34 AM @ Tuesday - 27 October, 2026

Under the theme “Companionship – Sharing – Success”, the 2026 NPK Customer Appreciation Conference of Apatit Vietnam Limited Company served as an occasion to acknowledge the close relationship with its distribution network, listen to customer feedback, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to improving product quality, maintaining reasonable sales policies, and striving for sustainable cooperation.

On 26 October 2026 in Lào Cai, Apatit Vietnam Limited Company held its 2026 NPK Customer Appreciation Conference. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến, Party Secretary and General Director; Mr. Tạ Xuân Trường, Standing Deputy Party Secretary; members of the Board of Members, Executive Board, representatives from departments, unions, affiliated units, and over 60 distinguished customers and partners from the NPK fertiliser distribution network.

The conference was an opportunity for Apatit Vietnam to thank customers and partners for their trust and support, as well as to strengthen connections, exchange market information, gather practical feedback, and set cooperation directions for the future.

Fertiliser and Chemicals Branch Strives to Maintain Production and Business

In his address, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quế, Director of the Fertiliser and Chemicals Branch, noted that in the first ten months of 2026, the branch’s production and business activities were affected by volatile input material prices—especially the sharp rise in supe phosphate costs due to higher sulphur prices and disrupted supply—as well as challenges in the agricultural market. Nevertheless, the branch made considerable efforts to maintain operations and achieve notable results.

Revenue for the first ten months reached VND 143 billion, 87.6% of the annual target; NPK production reached 20,500 tonnes, 73.2% of the plan; and sales totalled 21,600 tonnes, 77.1% of the target.

According to Mr. Quế, these results were possible thanks to the guidance of company leadership, the cooperation of all departments, and, above all, the trust and support of businesses, agents, cooperatives, and distribution partners. The support of customers has helped the branch fulfil its assigned tasks, ensure employment and income for staff, and meet obligations to the company and the State.

Looking ahead to the remaining two months of 2026 and the 2027 winter–spring crop, Mr. Quế assessed that fertiliser production and business will continue to face pressure from raw material price fluctuations, fuel costs, international market instability, and the impact of natural disasters and climate change on agriculture. Meanwhile, farmers continue to face difficulties affecting fertiliser demand.

In this context, the branch is committed to standing by and sharing difficulties with customers and farmers. In line with company policy, the branch adheres to the principle of not maximising profits in NPK fertiliser sales, implementing the “harmonised interests – shared risks” approach, and placing customers and partners at the centre of its service.

The branch is committed to maintaining reasonable pricing policies, implementing appropriate sales support mechanisms, and ensuring NPK fertiliser quality as declared and regulated by the State. The branch also welcomes continued customer feedback to further improve products, services, and cooperation, better meeting market needs.

Customers Call for Enhanced Product Quality and Local Coordination

Mr. Nguyễn Duy Hoàn, Chairman of Lam Giang Commune Farmers’ Union, Lào Cai, addresses the conference

Speaking on behalf of customers, Mr. Nguyễn Duy Hoàn, Chairman of Lam Giang Commune Farmers’ Union, Lào Cai, stressed that fertiliser quality directly affects crop yields, agricultural product quality, and farmers’ incomes.

Drawing from local experience, he urged Apatit Vietnam to further improve product quality, provide full information on composition, uses, and instructions, maintain stable supply, transparent and reasonable pricing, while improving customer service and promptly addressing customer concerns.

Mr. Hoàn also called on the company to strengthen cooperation with local authorities and farmers’ unions in communicating safe, effective fertiliser use, gathering feedback from the grassroots, and thereby improving products to better meet practical needs. The Lam Giang Farmers’ Union will continue to encourage its members to learn about, select suitable products, and share feedback from real-world production.

Apatit Vietnam Aims to Expand Production and Enhance Supply Capacity

In his conference address, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến, Party Secretary and General Director of Apatit Vietnam, sincerely thanked customers and partners for their trust and loyalty. He affirmed that the support of the distribution network has been vital in helping the company and its Fertiliser and Chemicals Branch sustain operations amid ongoing challenges.

The General Director emphasised the company’s consistent philosophy in the NPK fertiliser segment: not to maximise profits, but to harmonise interests, share risks, and keep customers at the centre. Accordingly, Apatit Vietnam will continue to direct the branch to closely monitor production processes, ensure product quality and nutrient content as declared, and to modernise packaging and branding to better appeal to consumers.

The company also aims to maintain flexible sales policies, reasonable pricing, and appropriate support mechanisms to help agents improve business effectiveness and achieve stable, sustainable growth.

For long-term development, Apatit Vietnam is actively reporting to and proposing to the Lào Cai Provincial People’s Committee and Vinachem Group new investment projects to enhance production capacity, deepen processing, and add value to resources. In fertilisers, the company plans to invest in new technology, increasing NPK plant capacity from 30,000 to 100,000 tonnes per year, thereby leveraging nearly 30 years of brand reputation, improving supply capacity, and better meeting market demand.

The company also intends to develop deep processing projects such as production of yellow phosphorus, phosphoric acid, and additives for food, pharmaceuticals, and animal feed, while researching solutions to stabilise ore supply and lay the foundation for long-term operations. As outlined at the conference, these projects will create further partnership opportunities for customers and partners across the fertiliser, chemical, and nutritional additive value chains.

The 2026 NPK Customer Appreciation Conference demonstrated Apatit Vietnam’s appreciation for customers and partners who have supported the company and its Fertiliser and Chemicals Branch. The frank exchanges at the event provide a basis for continuing to improve product quality, service, and long-term cooperation according to the spirit of “Companionship – Sharing – Success”.
