Binh Dien Fertilizer Strengthens Executive Board and Member Unit Leadership
To further consolidate its leadership structure, enhance management capacity, and meet development requirements in the new phase, the Board of Directors of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has issued decisions on personnel for the Executive Board and leaders of its member units.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company decided to appoint Mr. Lê Tuấn Dũng, currently a Party Committee member, Branch Secretary, and Director of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC, as Deputy General Director of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company effective June 19, 2026.
Mr. Lê Tuấn Dũng has over 20 years of dedication to the Binh Dien Fertilizer system. Throughout his career, he has held many important management positions at member units, including Branch Secretary and Director of Binh Dien - Quang Tri JSC from 2015 to 2020. From 2020 to early 2026, he served as Party Committee member, Branch Secretary, and Director of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC.
Directly managing key production and business units in the strategic regions of Central and Northern Vietnam has given Mr. Lê Tuấn Dũng extensive practical experience, comprehensive management skills, and deep understanding of the company’s operations. This is considered a solid foundation for him to quickly adapt and successfully fulfill his new duties, contributing to improving the company’s management and operations.
Along with the appointment of new leadership, the Board also decided to reappoint Mr. Võ Văn Phu to continue serving as Deputy General Director of the company.
Appointed as Deputy General Director since March 2013, Mr. Võ Văn Phu has made significant contributions to production management, technical supervision, technological innovation, and the company’s improved operational efficiency. His reappointment demonstrates the Board’s recognition of his contributions and its commitment to ensuring continuity, stability, and the development of the senior executive team throughout the company’s growth.
On June 25, 2026, Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC held a ceremony to announce and present personnel decisions to strengthen the unit’s management team.
According to the newly announced decisions, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Thọ, Deputy Director of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC, was appointed as Director of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC effective July 1, 2026.
In addition, Mr. Vũ Văn Đính, Head of Sales Department of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC, was appointed Deputy Director of Binh Dien - Ninh Binh JSC effective July 1, 2026.
These new and renewed appointments reflect the Board’s focus on building a highly capable, experienced, and resilient leadership and management team. This is also an important step to enhance management capacity, ensure continuity, and drive the ongoing development of the management structure—contributing to the fulfillment of business objectives and strengthening the Binh Dien Fertilizer brand in this new phase of growth.
