CASUMINA Reports Strong Growth in the First Half of 2026, Targets Full-Year Plan Achievement
On July 30, in Ho Chi Minh City, Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA) held its conference to review business performance during the first six months of 2026 and outline key tasks for the second half of the year. The conference also reviewed the Party Committee's activities during the same period.
Despite continued high raw material prices, elevated logistics costs, and intense market competition, CASUMINA maintained positive business momentum during the first half of 2026 through flexible management and the collective efforts of its management team and employees.

According to the report presented at the conference, industrial production value reached VND 2.429 trillion, up 11% compared with the same period last year. Revenue totaled VND 2.585 trillion, representing a 10% increase, while export revenue rose by 20%. Profit reached VND 60 billion, an increase of 37% year-on-year. Average monthly income for employees approached VND 15 million.
Building on these results, CASUMINA aims to achieve its 2026 targets of VND 5.14 trillion in revenue, VND 120 billion in profit, and an average monthly employee income of VND 16 million.
In his remarks, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát, Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director, and Member of the Board of Directors, praised the unity, responsibility, and commitment demonstrated by employees, Party members, and staff in overcoming challenges, maintaining stable production, and accomplishing the Company's objectives.
He noted that CASUMINA was classified as an "A-rated" enterprise in 2025, moving up two grades from the previous year and becoming one of only ten member companies of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) to achieve this distinction. The recognition reflects the Company's continuous efforts to strengthen corporate governance and improve operational efficiency.

Alongside its business objectives, the Company's Party Committee continued implementing Party-building initiatives. Since early 2026, CASUMINA's Party Committee has officially operated under the Party Committee of Chợ Quán Ward, quickly stabilizing its organizational structure, maintaining regular Party activities, strengthening political and ideological education, and accelerating digital transformation through the Electronic Party Member Handbook and online administrative procedures.

Employee welfare also remained a priority. The Company organized the Employees' Representative Conference in accordance with regulations, fully implemented employee welfare policies, and provided comprehensive support during the Lunar New Year. Its voluntary blood donation campaign, "CASUMINA – Sharing the Gift of Life," attracted broad participation from employees and collected nearly 100 units of blood, demonstrating the Company's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
During the conference, representatives from affiliated units shared practical solutions for improving operational performance. Hóc Môn Rubber Enterprise presented its experience in strengthening Party-building activities and Party member development, while the Radial Tire Enterprise introduced initiatives to reduce defect rates, improve product quality, and enhance production efficiency.
In their closing remarks, members of the Company's Board of Directors and representatives of the Chợ Quán Ward Party Committee acknowledged CASUMINA's achievements during the first half of the year. They encouraged the Company to continue monitoring market developments closely, enhance corporate governance, accelerate digital transformation, optimize resource utilization, strengthen Party member development, reinforce inspection and supervision, and maintain high standards of occupational safety and environmental protection.

In response to the guidance provided, the Company's leadership identified several priorities for the second half of 2026, including accelerating investment and major maintenance projects, reducing production costs, improving product quality, strengthening labor discipline, enhancing inspection and supervision across affiliated units, and ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental protection.
On this occasion, CASUMINA also recognized and rewarded outstanding teams and individuals for their achievements during the first-quarter 2026 emulation campaign. Awards were presented to high-performing units and 22 outstanding employees from both production and administrative divisions in recognition of their valuable contributions to the Company's overall performance.

The positive results achieved during the first six months of the year provide a solid foundation for CASUMINA to continue implementing measures to achieve its 2026 business targets, improve operational efficiency, enhance employee income, and reinforce its position as one of the leading tire manufacturers within the Vietnam National Chemical Group.
