On the morning of February 12, 2026, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang – Member of the Party Central Committee and President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour – led a delegation to visit, work with, and extend Lunar New Year greetings to union members and employees of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company in Tay Ninh.

At the meeting, Company representatives briefly shared its 2025 performance. Despite significant market fluctuations, Binh Dien made sustained efforts to maintain production momentum, successfully fulfill its set targets, and continue upholding the reputation of the “Dau Trau Fertilizer” brand in the market.

Beyond focusing on business operations, the Company consistently regards its employees as the foundation for development. Party and mass organizations have been systematically maintained and strengthened. Currently, the Party Committee comprises 165 members across eight Party cells. The Trade Union and Youth Union operate steadily, serving as reliable pillars in caring for employees’ welfare and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests.

In his remarks, President Nguyen Dinh Khang acknowledged the collective efforts of Binh Dien during a year marked by numerous challenges. He highly appreciated the Company’s commitment to maintaining welfare policies and ensuring stable income for employees. According to him, a safe working environment with harmonized interests forms a crucial foundation for sustainable, long-term enterprise development. He also urged the Company’s leadership and the Trade Union to continue strengthening efforts to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees in the coming period.

On this occasion, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang personally presented Lunar New Year gifts to the Company’s workers and employees. Although modest in material value, the gifts carried the care and affection of the Trade Union organization, adding warmth to the gathering.

The timely encouragement from the leadership of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour served as a valuable source of motivation, reinforcing Binh Dien’s confidence as it enters 2026 with renewed determination to fulfill its tasks and contribute to the overall development of the fertilizer industry and domestic agriculture.
