Ha Bac Fertilizer Meets Former Company Leaders on the Occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse)
On the morning of January 29, 2026, amid the joyful atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Horse, the Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company organized a gathering to extend New Year greetings to former company leaders from various periods.
This is a cherished traditional activity maintained annually by the Party Committee, the Board of General Directors, and the Company Union. It embodies the principle of "When drinking water, remember the source" and shows deep appreciation for the contributions made by previous generations.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director, represented the current leadership to deliver a brief report on the business performance of 2025. Despite a context filled with difficulties—specifically technical equipment issues—the close guidance of the leadership and the unified efforts of all employees allowed the company to restore production in the shortest possible time and maintain stable operations.
Business activities in 2025 remained effective, marking the fifth consecutive year of profit since 2021. Salaries and employee incomes were guaranteed, ensuring peace of mind for the workforce. Mr. Dung affirmed: "The development of Ha Bac Fertilizer today is the continued result of the solid foundation laboriously built by generations of past leaders."
In a warm and intimate atmosphere, the former leaders expressed their emotion and pride in the company's business achievements and its revitalized appearance. They reminisced about the challenging yet glorious times of the past and contributed heartfelt advice for the company’s sustainable development strategy in the new era.
