In the lively atmosphere of the early days of the New Year, on the afternoon of January 18, Ninh Binh Phosphate Joint Stock Company organized the event “Ninh Binh Phosphate Family Day – Welcoming Spring 2026.”

The program took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere of togetherness, carrying the message “Achieving Breakthrough Success, Reaching New Heights,” reflecting the determination of the Company’s leadership and employees to enter the new year with renewed confidence and momentum.

This is a meaningful annual activity that demonstrates the Company’s leadership’s deep concern for the spiritual well-being of employees and their families. It also serves as an opportunity to review the outstanding achievements of the past year and to create motivation for emulation in fulfilling the Company’s production and business targets for 2026.
According to the leadership of Ninh Binh Phosphate Joint Stock Company, in 2025, despite continued market challenges, Niferco maintained stable production and achieved positive growth results. Output and sales of phosphate fertilizer and NPK fertilizer exceeded planned targets; revenue reached over VND 1,240 billion, profit amounted to VND 160 billion, and the average monthly income of employees reached VND 25 million per person.

These results affirm the effectiveness of management and operations, as well as the spirit of unity, proactiveness, and creativity of the Company’s workforce. They also acknowledge the important role of employees’ families, who serve as a strong and reliable support system, always accompanying and sharing with the Company.

Speaking at the “Ninh Binh Phosphate Family Day – Welcoming Spring 2026,” Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Members’ Council, and General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group, acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of Ninh Binh Phosphate Joint Stock Company in 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu highly appreciated the spirit of unity, initiative, and creativity of the Company’s leadership and employees, and affirmed that Ninh Binh Phosphate is one of the Group’s top five units in terms of return on equity.

The General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group requested that, in the coming period, Ninh Binh Phosphate Joint Stock Company continue to maintain discipline, ensure production safety and environmental protection, improve product quality, effectively utilize resources, further enhance employee welfare, and strive to fulfill and exceed all production and business targets for 2026.

Entering 2026, Ninh Binh Phosphate Joint Stock Company has identified its objectives as continuing sustainable development, maintaining revenue and profit growth, ensuring stable employment and income for employees, and making positive contributions to the overall development of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
