Members unit

The General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has just signed Decision No. 320/QĐ-HCVN to award Certificates of Merit to 22 workers with outstanding achievements in the first quarter of 2026. These individuals have made significant contributions to the production and business activities at their units, helping to fulfill the targets and plans of both their companies and the Group.

From the beginning of 2026, Vinachem’s member units have proactively and decisively implemented their production and business plans. During this process, the team of workers, engineers, technicians, and frontline employees at factories and enterprises have played a core role in ensuring stable, safe, and efficient production operations.

To promptly recognize these achievements, the Group decided to award Certificates of Merit and bonuses to 22 exemplary individuals. The honorees have all demonstrated outstanding performance in production, technical management, scientific research, training, or equipment operation at their respective units.

The recognition and commendation of exemplary workers is a regular activity maintained by Vinachem to encourage the emulation movement in production, improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency. It is also an opportunity to acknowledge the direct contributions of workers at member units, thereby motivating further efforts and contributing to the Group’s successful fulfillment of its production and business tasks in 2026.
