Developing a Dashboard System for Executive Management

Responding to the need for fast, accurate, and convenient information for management, VIPESCO has implemented the initiative “Developing a Data Management Dashboard System for Company Operations,” researched and directed by General Director Nguyễn Thân.

The Data Management Dashboard integrates and visualises information on production, business, finance, and logistics, enabling managers to monitor key indicators such as revenue, sales volume, inventory, customer debts, production progress, and business efficiency.

All data is organised within a single system, allowing for monitoring of each unit, branch, and even individual products. This ensures information for management is more conveniently updated, reduces the time spent on report compilation, and supports leadership in analysing and evaluating business performance.

Shifting from Manual Processing to Data-Driven Management

The use of dashboards is helping VIPESCO gradually change how data is used in management. Rather than relying on reports compiled by various units, company leaders can access operational metrics on one visual platform, making it easier to track performance and make informed management decisions.

Commenting on the initiative, General Director Nguyễn Thân said: “Alongside technological innovation, VIPESCO is gradually transforming its management approach from manual processing to data-driven management. The initiative also reduces the time spent on compiling reports, improves information utilisation, and increases transparency in management and operations. This is one of VIPESCO’s steps in accelerating technology adoption and digital transformation, creating a data platform for business management.
