Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng Appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company
On April 25, 2025, Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company announced the appointment of its Board Chairman following the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Southern Basic Chemicals JSC took place on April 24, 2026. On April 25, 2026, the Board of Directors convened and unanimously elected Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng (born 1980) as Chairman of the Board for the 2024–2029 term.
Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng is currently Deputy Head in charge of the Investment and Construction Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group, concurrently serves as Chairman of the Board of Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company, and is a Member of the Members’ Council of Apatit Vietnam LLC.
The consolidation of the Chairman position aims to ensure continuous governance and meet management requirements. This is the main content of the post-meeting announcement, serving the purpose of stabilizing the organizational structure and implementing the approved plans.
