03:33 PM @ Monday - 04 May, 2026

On the morning of May 4, 2026, at the Group’s headquarters, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – CEO of the Group – chaired a meeting to prepare for the program marking the one-year review of Vinachemmart e-commerce platform operations and the launch of the Vinachem Agriculture Channel.

Attending the meeting were Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Bình – Member of the Board of Members; representatives of the Group’s Supervisory Board; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy CEO; along with leaders of specialized departments and experts in the field of agriculture.

The meeting focused on comprehensively reviewing all preparations for the event: program scenario; communication plan; logistics and technical arrangements; product display and introduction plans; and the launch and operation plan for the Vinachem Agriculture Channel in connection with the Group’s agricultural product ecosystem.

Departments and units reported on implementation progress, suggested organizational plans, and agreed on specific assignments for each focal point, ensuring close coordination among technical, communication, and event organization teams.

In his conclusion, CEO Nguyễn Hữu Tú requested all departments and units to continue reviewing all tasks according to previous notices, issued documents, and agreements from recent meetings to ensure unified and effective implementation. He emphasized that completing and developing Vinachemmart as well as launching the Vinachem Agriculture Channel reflects the Group’s comprehensive digital transformation orientation; these are concrete steps in implementing resolutions for scientific and technological breakthroughs, innovation, national digital transformation, and promoting the role of state-owned enterprises.

As a major fertilizer supplier in the market, the Group is responsible for accompanying farmers, helping improve productivity, quality, and production efficiency, thereby establishing a foundation for sustainable business development.

The CEO acknowledged and praised the units for actively contributing ideas to perfect the Vinachemmart Agriculture version; at the same time, he stressed that this must be seen as a continuous process, with regular and flexible updates and improvements, to ensure that the platform is truly practical, accessible, and useful for farmers.

The Technical Department was tasked with closely cooperating with other units to urgently build the new version, fully incorporating feedback on interface, content, search functions, and the representation of member units. Subsidiaries, with their rich practical experience in regional soil conditions and farming techniques, are encouraged to provide substantial information to enrich the platform’s data.

The CEO also requested the formation of a joint working group to promptly exchange, update, and refine content; departments and units must closely follow their assigned tasks in event preparation, carefully checking each step and avoiding subjectivity. Confidential content must be strictly handled as directed; expert content should be categorized and compiled into appropriate files; and the regulations should initially remain in draft form and be refined during operation.

Clarifying the orientation for the Vinachem Agriculture Channel, the CEO emphasized this is not a direct sales channel but an official information channel for the Group to accompany farmers. Once trust is built, product sales effectiveness will naturally follow. In its role of ensuring national fertilizer security, thorough preparation for the review program and the new channel launch is a key requirement for all units, making this a milestone in the Group’s innovation, digital transformation, market expansion, and service quality improvement journey.

The one-year review of Vinachemmart operations and the launch of the Vinachem Agriculture Channel is expected to mark an important milestone in the Group’s digital transformation journey and the development of its product–service ecosystem in this new phase.
