VinachemMart: Affirming prestige from product origin

Representing the operator of the specialized e-commerce platform, Ms. Pham Thi Minh Thao shared about VinachemMart's operating model. Entering operation in May 2025, VinachemMart has quickly achieved positive results, becoming an important digital bridge for industrial and consumer products.

Speaking at the working session, Ms. Thao emphasized: "VinachemMart has a specific advantage as it only focuses on distributing key product groups from member units within the Group such as: fertilizers, cosmetics, detergents, rubber tires/tubes, batteries... Therefore, we commit to controlling 100% of the origin, ensuring strict quality standards, and completely eliminating the risk of counterfeit and poor-quality goods right from the input stage."

Besides contributing ideas for the Draft, Ms. Pham Thi Minh Thao's participation also aimed at interacting and learning management and operation experience from leading e-commerce platforms. Accessing new standards in the Code of Conduct will help VinachemMart perfect its system, improve customer experience, and ensure strict compliance with the latest legal regulations.

Concluding the working session, Director General Tran Huu Linh highly appreciated the proactiveness of units like the Chemical Commerce and Service Center in pioneering the construction of a clean business environment. The ideas contributed at the meeting will be an important basis for perfecting the legal framework, creating momentum for Vietnam's e-commerce to develop more transparently and professionally, protecting both businesses and consumers.
