The delegates are exemplary officials and employees with outstanding achievements and many effective initiatives and solutions in production labor, management, and technical innovation, contributing significantly to the general results and sustainable development of Vinachem in recent years.
Within the framework of the Congress, exhibition booths from ministries, sectors, localities, and large enterprises introduced typical achievements and prominent initiatives in the patriotic emulation movement associated with the tasks of socio-economic development, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. In particular, the VinachemMart exhibition booth of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) was honored to welcome General Secretary To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to visit, encourage, and listen to reports on the Group's operational results.

Vinachem's Imprint at the National Patriotic Emulation Congress

At the VinachemMart booth, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu – General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group reported to Party and State leaders on the Group's direction for in-depth technological development, taking science-technology and innovation as the foundation for improving growth quality. Accordingly, Vinachem focuses on investing in research and production of pure and ultra-pure chemical lines serving the electronics industry, semiconductor industry, and rare earth extraction, meeting the development requirements of foundational and high-tech industries.

The General Director of Vinachem also introduced products that clearly demonstrate social responsibility and the Group's role as a pillar enterprise, such as Chloramine B for disinfection, which was timely sponsored to support Central – Central Highlands localities in preventing and controlling epidemics and natural disasters; specialized rubber lines, tires, and tubes serving national defense and security, including specialized products for the military and aviation, affirming the research, production, and technological mastery capacity of the national chemical enterprise.

Party and State leaders recognized and highly appreciated Vinachem's comprehensive results, especially the efforts to overcome difficulties, maintain stable growth, promote in-depth technological investment, develop products with high scientific content, and link production and business with ensuring social security and serving the country's key sectors.

In the context of many economic fluctuations, Vinachem still maintained stable production, ensuring the supply of essential products for the economy. In 2025, the Group marked its highest growth ever with an industrial production value of 61,381 billion VND, revenue of 64,363 billion VND, and profit of 3,859 billion VND; ensuring jobs for more than 18,000 employees with an average income of 17.25 million VND/person/month. Notably, Vinachem ended its accumulated losses right in the first 6 months of the year, completing early the key objectives of the 2021–2025 5-year Plan, with growth spreading clearly in the fertilizer and basic chemical sectors.

In the patriotic emulation movement, Vinachem determines that emulation is not only about exceeding production and business targets but also about emulating in innovative thinking, applying science and technology, and promoting digital transformation to create new and sustainable values for society.

VinachemMart – Materializing the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW

A prominent highlight introduced at the booth was VinachemMart – the first e-commerce floor of the chemical industry built and operated by Vinachem. This is not only a new business product but also vivid evidence of Vinachem's proactive response to and implementation of the Politburo's policy on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Resolution 57-NQ/TW identifies science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as key drivers to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the economy, in which enterprises play a central role in the innovation ecosystem. Mastering that spirit, Vinachem chose digital transformation in product distribution as a strategic breakthrough.

VinachemMart is built as a digitized, transparent, and modern distribution channel, directly connecting Vinachem's member units with the market and consumers. Through the digital platform, the Group's products are fully disclosed regarding origin, quality standards, production processes, and environmental responsibility, contributing to consolidating trust in the national chemical brand.

Unlike multi-industry e-commerce platforms, VinachemMart focuses on Vinachem's key product groups such as fertilizers, industrial and household chemicals, tires and tubes, batteries, and essential consumer products. The industry-specific approach helps strictly control quality, limit counterfeit and poor-quality goods, while contributing to building a healthy e-commerce environment.

Notably, VinachemMart closely links the digital transformation goal with the Group's green and circular development orientation, thereby promoting the consumption of environmentally friendly products, optimizing the supply chain, and reducing intermediary costs. Therefore, the introduction of VinachemMart at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress carries a meaning that goes beyond the scope of an e-commerce product, demonstrating the determination to innovate the growth model, taking science-technology and digital transformation as the foundation for Vinachem's sustainable development.

Spreading the spirit of emulation in the new development period

The attention and encouragement of Party and State leaders for the VinachemMart exhibition booth is a great source of encouragement for the leadership, officials, and employees of the Vietnam National Chemical Group. This is also a recognition of Vinachem's persistent efforts in linking the patriotic emulation movement with innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.

Promoting the spirit of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Vinachem determines to continue promoting thematic emulation movements, creative labor emulation, and digital transformation emulation throughout the Group; taking production and business efficiency, product quality, consumer satisfaction, and social responsibility as the most important measures.

On that journey, VinachemMart will continue to be perfected, expanded, and improved in operational quality, becoming one of the pillars in Vinachem's digital transformation strategy, contributing to bringing chemical products closer to the market, consumers, and the country's sustainable development goals.
