In response to activities during Workers’ Month and the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Month of 2026, the Trade Union of Apatit Vietnam, in coordination with management, purchased sugar and black beans for employees to enjoy refreshing drinks during the hot summer days. This initiative aims to help employees maintain their health and motivation at work, with support planned in two phases totaling over VND 213 million.

The program to provide refreshing drinks to workers directly involved in production under hot conditions is of great significance for their health and safety. Working in hot environments can cause employees to lose water and essential electrolytes through sweat, leading to exhaustion and posing health risks.

With the motto “Employees are at the heart of all activities,” these initiatives by the Trade Union of Apatit Vietnam not only respond to Workers’ Month but also embody the core value of creating a truly friendly and cohesive working environment.

Moreover, fostering a positive working environment also helps reduce stress and pressure for employees, making them feel happier and more motivated at work.
