On April 24, 2026, Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting approved many important matters regarding the company’s business orientation, investment, and development plans for 2026 and the following period.

With strong consensus and high trust from shareholders, the General Meeting elected Mr. Văn Trung Tâm—Assistant to the General Director and Head of Domestic Sales Department—as a Member of the Board of Directors of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) for the 2024–2029 term.

Mr. Văn Trung Tâm was born in 1977 in Hue City and holds a degree in Polymer Chemistry Engineering. With more than 20 years of dedication and work at Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC), he has held various specialized and managerial positions, accumulating extensive experience in production, quality management, technology development, and the tire and tube business.

From 2001 to 2009, he worked at the Automobile Tire and Tube Factory as a Technology Engineer. During 2009–2010, he was sent by the company to participate in steel radial tire production technology training at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. In 2012, he continued advanced training in steel radial tire manufacturing technology at Yaroslavl Technical University, making significant contributions to the deployment and operation of DRC's Radial Tire Plant.

Throughout his career, he has held several management positions, including Chief of the CV-TH Workshop at the Radial Tire Enterprise, Deputy Director of the Automobile Tire and Tube Factory, Head of and later Manager of the Company’s Quality Control Department. Since 2024, he has served as Assistant to the General Director and Head of the Domestic Sales Department; concurrently, he is Secretary of the Sales Branch (2025–2027 term) and a member of the Party Committee Executive Board (2025–2030 term). Additionally, he is currently Vice Chairman of the Da Nang Automobile Transport Association (DANATA).

Mr. Văn Trung Tâm’s election as a Member of the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term reflects the shareholders’ recognition of his professional competence, management experience, and long-standing contributions to the development of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC). This is also a driving force for him to continue accompanying the Board of Directors and the Executive Board towards sustainable development, enhancing DRC’s competitiveness and brand position both domestically and internationally.
