Ninh Binh Fertiliser Appoints New Leadership and Pays Tribute to Former Executives
On 1 October 2026, at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company, the Vietnam National Chemical Group held a ceremony to announce new leadership appointments at the company and to pay tribute to two former company leaders.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Thủy – Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Đông Hoa Lư Ward, along with local leaders and representatives of the ward’s Party Committee.
Representing the Vietnam National Chemical Group were Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Group; Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Members’ Council, General Director of the Group; together with other Group leaders and representatives of relevant units.
On behalf of Ninh Binh Fertiliser, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, Chairman of the Members’ Council of the company, attended together with members of the Members’ Council, Supervisors, the Executive Board, the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, company leaders, and representatives of mass organisations within the company.
Announcement of Personnel Decisions
At the ceremony, Mr. Phạm Quốc Đại – Head of the Personnel Department of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, announced the new appointments at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện, Deputy General Director of the Group, was appointed concurrently as Chairman of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Deputy Head of the Technical Department of the Group, was appointed concurrently as a Member of the Members’ Council of the company.
Mr. Chu Quang Tuấn, Specialist of the Business Planning Department of the Group, was appointed concurrently as Supervisor of the company, in charge of the company’s Supervisory Board.
In his remarks, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp congratulated the newly appointed leaders and called on the company’s leadership team to continue to promote unity and responsibility, embrace innovative thinking, improve management quality, proactively address challenges, and focus on fulfilling assigned tasks.
New Leadership Assumes Responsibilities
On behalf of those assuming new positions, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Chairman of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company – expressed his gratitude for the trust and confidence shown by the Group’s leadership. He affirmed his commitment to upholding a sense of responsibility, maintaining and promoting unity, and working closely with the management team, staff, and workers to foster a strong Vinachem corporate culture and lay the foundations for stable, sustainable development.
In his new role, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện pledged to be diligent, proactive, and decisive in performing his duties, contributing to the achievement of the company’s objectives and tasks.
Tribute to Former Company Leaders
As part of the ceremony, Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company paid tribute to Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến – former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Member of the Members’ Council, former General Director of the company, and Mrs. Bùi Thị Thanh Giang – former Chairwoman of the Members’ Council.
The company’s leadership acknowledged and appreciated the dedication and commitment of both individuals during their tenure, which contributed to the development of the company alongside the staff and workforce.
At the tribute ceremony, company leaders and staff expressed their gratitude and best wishes to Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến and Mrs. Bùi Thị Thanh Giang for their future endeavours.
The consolidation of the leadership team at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertiliser Limited Company is being carried out in parallel with recognising the contributions of previous generations of leaders, further strengthening the management team, and ensuring the fulfilment of tasks entrusted by the Vietnam National Chemical Group.
