Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO): Democratic Dialogue – High Consensus – Determination to Achieve 2026 Goals

On April 22, 2026, Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO) successfully held its 2026 Employee Representative Conference.

Attending and directing the Conference were Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem); Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy General Director of the Group; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, along with 85 delegates representing nearly 350 officers and employees throughout the Company.

Outstanding Business Results in 2025 Reports at the Conference showed that, in 2025, despite the impact of fertilizer price fluctuations, unfavorable weather, and rising material and shipping costs, the Company maintained stable production, fulfilling and exceeding many planned targets.

Deputy General Director Phạm Hồng Sơn reported on the implementation of the 2025 Employee Representative Conference Resolution and the orientation and tasks for 2026.

Total revenue reached VND 1,240.8 billion, exceeding the plan by 18.2% and up 35.5% compared to 2024. Industrial production value reached VND 1,223 billion, 18.7% above target. Pre-tax profit reached VND 173.4 billion, nearly triple that of 2024 and 166.8% above plan. Sales volume hit 261,682 tons, 10.4% above plan and 20.2% higher year-on-year. State budget contribution was VND 36.4 billion. The average salary reached VND 25 million/person/month, up 44.5% versus 2024.

During the year, the Company implemented 18 technical improvement initiatives, of which 2 were valued at around VND 12 billion in total benefits.

For 2026, the Company targets total revenue of VND 1,423 billion; production of 250,000 tons of fused phosphate and 41,000 tons of NPK; pre-tax profit of VND 180 billion; state budget contribution of VND 38 billion; and aims for growth of at least 10% compared to 2025.

To achieve these goals, the Company will focus on stable, long-term operation of blast furnaces; capital construction investment; expanding consumption and export markets; strengthening financial management and debt recovery; improving recruitment and training quality; and accelerating digital transformation in management and operations.

Mr. Phạm Gia Ngân, Chairman of the Trade Union and Head of the Organization Department, presented a summary report on the results of employee conferences from the units, as well as amendments and supplements to the regulations and the collective labor agreement.

Comprehensive Employee Welfare 

Alongside business tasks, the Company always considers employee welfare a regular, central responsibility. All regimes and policies are fully implemented; many welfare policies are maintained, such as meal improvements, organizing retreats and excursions, support for illness and bereavement, and assistance for employees in difficult circumstances.

Occupational safety, sanitation, and working condition improvements are emphasized; provision of protective equipment, periodic health checks, and workplace environment monitoring are strictly carried out. Cultural, artistic, and sports activities—and emulation movements for skilled and creative labor—are sustained, strengthening internal unity.

Democratic Dialogue and Signing of the Collective Labor Agreement

The Company’s Chief Accountant presented the public financial report.

The Conference heard reports on 2025’s audited finances; use of reward and welfare funds; results of grassroots employee conferences; revisions and supplements to internal regulations and the collective labor agreement; and the report of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Phạm Quang Trung, the Company’s General Director, responded to employees’ proposals and recommendations.

During the dialogue, Mr. Phạm Quang Trung – General Director – directly listened to, discussed, and addressed employees’ proposals. Many issues received immediate direction; others requiring a roadmap were committed to specific implementation plans.

Signing of the collective labor agreement.

The Conference witnessed the signing of the collective labor agreement between the employer and the Company Trade Union Executive Committee and announced collective and individual commendations for 2025.

Guidance from Senior Leaders and Launch of Emulation Campaign 

Delivering remarks at the Conference, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Party Secretary, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) acknowledged and praised the Company’s outstanding results in 2025, with significant growth in production, revenue, and profit; particularly, the average employee income reached VND 25 million/person/month—a clear testament to the effectiveness of production and business closely linked with employee welfare.

Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group – delivered a directive speech at the Conference.

He emphasized that, despite extreme weather and market fluctuations, the Company maintained steady growth—a commendable effort. These results positively contributed to the Group’s overall achievements, with 2025 revenue reaching an all-time high, and both profit and employee income rising sharply. Notably, after many challenging years, the Group’s parent company returned to profitability, creating significant room for investment in member units.

The Chairman recommended that the Company continue to improve product quality, tightly control consumption norms, boost innovation campaigns, and research development of new high-value product lines alongside its traditional products. He also advised building a professional market team, expanding export markets with brand building, proactively sourcing raw materials, increasing investment in automation, accelerating digital transformation, and focusing on training and developing future management teams.

He affirmed that the Group always stands ready to provide maximum investment resources for effective projects of its units. Most important of all, he emphasized, is maintaining collective unity; it is this spirit of solidarity that empowers the Company to overcome difficulties, successfully fulfill the 2026 mission, and lay a solid foundation for the next development phase.

On this occasion, he sincerely thanked and highly appreciated the relentless efforts of all officers and employees who have stood together, shared hardships, and contributed to building the Company, making a significant contribution to the Group’s achievements.
