The Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry and Ninh Binh Fertiliser Company Limited have recently held a working session to exchange and agree on areas of cooperation in product and service trade, as well as research and application of science and technology, in line with the practical needs and strengths of each party.

Attending the meeting on behalf of the Institute were Mr. Dương Mạnh Tiến – Director, together with Deputy Directors and leaders of relevant units. Representing Ninh Binh Fertiliser were Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến – General Director, together with Deputy General Directors and heads of relevant departments and divisions.

At the meeting, the leadership of both organisations agreed to enhance cooperation based on their respective functions, duties, and practical needs, in accordance with the general orientation of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, with a focus on efficiently utilising internal resources.

The Institute will leverage its research capabilities, team of experts, and scientific and technological products and services to meet the requirements of Ninh Binh Fertiliser. Based on actual production and business needs, Ninh Binh Fertiliser will consider commissioning and utilising appropriate products, services, and research outcomes from the Institute.

Both sides will also step up cooperation in the trade of products, materials, raw materials, and services in accordance with each party’s needs and capabilities. Cooperation details will be specified according to the particular tasks and practical requirements.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dương Mạnh Tiến, Director of the Institute, stated that strengthening cooperation with Ninh Binh Fertiliser allows the Institute to make the most of its research capacity, team of experts, and scientific and technological products and services, while ensuring research outcomes are implemented in practice.

Director Dương Mạnh Tiến affirmed the Institute’s readiness to collaborate with Ninh Binh Fertiliser in research, refinement, and provision of products and solutions tailored to actual requirements. The Institute’s specialised units will proactively liaise with Ninh Binh Fertiliser according to each field and task, thereby concretising the agreed areas of cooperation.

For implementation, Ninh Binh Fertiliser will propose a list of subjects for the Institute to research, develop, and supply. On this basis, the Institute will prepare explanatory notes and detailed project proposals for each item of work. Both parties will set up working groups by area, maintain regular exchanges to ensure effective coordination, and meet set progress and quality requirements.

This enhanced cooperation between the Institute and Ninh Binh Fertiliser will help align research activities with the real needs of production, promote the application of scientific and technological results, and make more effective use of the resources within the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Based on the agreed content, the two parties will continue to coordinate proactively, selecting suitable tasks for implementation in the near future, with a focus on products, services, and scientific and technological solutions with practical application potential, thereby improving production and business efficiency and strengthening links within the Group.
